Rustic cottage in private location - Pet friendly!
Vous cherchez la paix et la tranquillité pour vos vacances NH? Nous l'avons ici à Pemi Shore Cottages.
J'ai un chalet entièrement meublé 2bd / 1ba non loin de l'eau sur une colline boisée avec une vue magnifique. Nous l'appelons «niveau suivant». A des escaliers à descendre à la plage ou vous pouvez conduire.
Ce cottage dispose de lits doubles, du chauffage au gaz, d'une télévision par câble à écran plat, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, de la climatisation, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un barbecue, d'un foyer extérieur et d'un accès à notre plage privée de 90 pieds et à notre rampe de mise à l'eau. Il y a aussi un bateau à rames et un pédalo à utiliser sans frais. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, et la garde de chien peut être disponible (demandez-nous!).
Grande pêche, ski nautique et baignade sur la rivière Pemigewasset dans un endroit isolé sans tous les touristes! Près du barrage de Franklin Falls et de ses 3 900 hectares de sentiers panoramiques!
Seulement 4 miles de RT. 93 (sortie 22), à 3 km des épiceries et à seulement 6 km des célèbres magasins d'usine Tanger à Tilton.
Nous sommes saisonniers et ouverts du 15 mai au 15 octobre.
Remarque: nous ne facturons pas de dépôt de garantie, car les accidents sont généralement rares et faciles à réparer. Cependant, VRBO proposera une assurance facultative, au cas où vous souhaiteriez être couvert en cas de dommages graves. Nous n’avons encore subi aucun dommage supérieur à 80 dollars, mais c’est à vous de décider.

My husband and I loved our stay! The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a beautiful view from the Tree House Cottage and a very short walk down to the beach. The area is so peaceful and relaxing. There were also hiking trails very close by that we explored with our dog. This is a truly pet friendly property!
We’ll be back next year!

Negatives: Overall the cottage was pretty much as advertised as far as rustic and dated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Although, the owners do not charge a cleaning fee so that is the offset. The cottage smelled like wet dog and the sliding door had wet dog nose prints all over it (they do advertise as pet friendly so it was to be somewhat expected).The bathroom smelled strongly like urine all around the toilet area. The shower was too small for my 6'4" and 6'6" husband and son, which is typically a problem anyway. Many of the stairs leading to the water were broken so it was a treacherous walk down.
Positive: The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The owners were friendly at check in. The water was lovely to swim in. With one AC and the ceiling fans on it was comfortable to be in the cabin as every day we were there was above 90 degrees. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and left a day early.

My husband, two young kids and dogs had a great time at the cottage. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with comfortable beds, in a nice private area with private water front beach access. The dogs were welcome throughout the property and were even allowed to swim on the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend & I stayed at the Pemi Shore Cottages for 2 nights and it was exactly what we was looking for. Privacy in a wooded area with a quick walk to a beach? What more can we ask for :). We brought our two dogs and even that was a great accommodation! Our host John was super friendly and just one call away! I would highly recommend this location if you want to disconnect and relax.

This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.

Only possible negatives were the access to the water wasn't the best and the wifi was inconsistent but it is a nice getaway and I would stay here again. The grill and hammock were nice and the cottage was a fine roof over our heads. The owners and neighbors seem like fine people too.

Cute cabin up on a hill with a walk to the beach area. We had access to a row boat which we used for fishing. Disappointed no dock to fish off of. Would recommend to bring your own boat or kayak. The water was warm with a small sandy beach

We loved the property - great view, lots of privacy. My only negatives are, the house could have been cleaner (previous guest's hair all over the shower, yuck) and I kind of felt like I was a bad guest because I didn't bring my own bed sheets and towels. Who travels with that? However, if I lower my expectations a bit, I would stay there again.

We had a great stay. We came in late for checkin and John was very accommodating. The property was gorgeous and the checkin/checkout process was very straightforward. Beach was beautiful and cabin was clean and functional.

Great cabin, perfect for what we needed. Quiet, cozy, great view of the river, short drive to shopping if needed. Nice area to explore, we went to Newfound Lake and Meredith during our stay. John was very accommodating, and is a bonus that they allow dogs!

We stayed in treetop cabin, private location with easy access to river for tubing and relaxing. Cottage was as advertised with all you need for a weekend family get away including grill, fire pit and outdoor deck and hammock! Pet friendly a plus!

Cabin was clean and well equipment with pans and utensils. When you ask for wood for fire pit, they are right on top of things. Nice shady spot for our cabin. Will definitely rent it again and let people know about the cabin.

Lovely property. Private and beautiful spot on the river. John was a gracious host and we had an amazing tour of the river on his pontoon boat.

the welcome by John was perfect. He explained everything in his gite and he suggested activities and restaurants. the cottage is very good, it's quiet and it was perfect for me who was going mountain biking Highland bike park. My dog had room to run, there is a nice hammock to relax. it was perfect.

We would love to come back for a couple of nights in the fall. First trip to the area & first trip with 2 dogs so it was an experience. Weather was alittle too cold to enjoy the lake but loved the Franklin Dam for our daily walks.

The “tree house” was very nice, had beautiful views of the water and the dam, and the perfect place to get away with our dogs. Would love to take more advantage of beach next time. John was a great host!

Super cozy great little cabin, our own private deck our own area with picnic table grill fire permit. Stairs to go down to the river little beach on the river with floaty devices kids had a blast dog even went swimming! Everything you needed in the kitchen pots pans plates! It was a little home away from home! We loved it we will definitely be back!

Rustic hideaway with beach access. Boat ride with history of the dam. Nice park with Disc Golf and hiking/bike trails near by.

Cute comfortable cabin in the woods on a river! Owners were very accommodating, friendly and care about their guests. They were always there to let us know what was going on, and when we could catch a boat ride with them! We will definitely be back!

The "Tree-house" cottage was perfect! The views over morning coffee, were amazing. The cottage was clean, cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed swimming everyday. John and Jane took us out on the boat near the end of our stay and told us some really interesting facts about the area. Our dog had a fabulous time and she was so welcomed there. Can't wait come back!

Traveled out of state for a concert. John was very welcoming! Definitely was an enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable, and cottage had pretty much everything we needed except groceries! Will definitely revisit when in the area again.

A great getaway!
Cozy quiet cottage in the woods with nice views of the river. The cabin had everything we needed for a quiet/relaxing vacation. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. Lots of places locally to hike. My only disappointment was not having a kayak available to use on the river.

Another fantastic stay at the cottage!
We have been planning vacations at this cottage for a few years now. We often mountain bike at Highland Mountain Bike Park and enjoy the beautiful lake also. The cottage is located close to town, and it's stocked with everything you need for a peaceful vacation. The host is wonderful and is always very accommodating. We'll be back again!

Private cabin
Great location property had everything we needed. The owner was nearby if we needed anything. We bought some firewood from him and John took us for a ride on hid pontoon boat. Would highly recommend this place.
