Vous avez toujours voulu rester dans une petite maison? Que diriez-vous d'un dans un bel endroit près du lac Burton immaculé de la Géorgie? Nous aimerions que vous soyez notre invité. Niché dans le comté de Rabun, en Géorgie, cet ancien hangar à bois a été transformé en un tout petit bijou. La petite maison comprend un lit double, une télévision à écran plat 50 pouces, un petit réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une salle de bains avec douche et un coin lecture en mezzanine. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez 8 hectares à parcourir, un bain à remous pour deux personnes, 2 grils (charbon de bois et gaz), un foyer et une petite cascade avec un porche.
La petite maison est située sur notre petite propriété et bien rangée derrière notre maison. Il est idéalement situé juste à côté de l'autoroute 76 ouest et est entouré par la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee. Simplifiez-vous et venez voir ce que la nature a à offrir. Note: c'est une maison minuscule, pas une suite présidentielle et ça peut devenir un peu confortable! En outre, cette petite maison est située sur notre propriété et se trouve à environ 30 pieds juste derrière notre maison. Si nous sommes ici, nous entrons et sortons de notre maison comme d'habitude. À l'arrière de la propriété se trouve une autre petite maison que nous louons également. Le bain à remous pour cette propriété n'est pas partagé avec d'autres clients et un rideau est fourni qui peut être tiré pour plus d'intimité. Le porche à la cascade est un espace commun.

Beautiful retreat
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the property. Sparse but comfortable accommodations, wonderful nature, and a cozy hot tub. Plenty of things to do and see in the area within 20-30 minutes drive.

Great Getaway

Perfect Retreat
I could not have been more satisfied or better pleased with my stay. The property is lovely and the tiny cabin was a great size for me ( I was traveling solo but 2 people would also be comfortable). I spent every single evening underneath the stars relaxing in the hot tub.
The hosts are very welcoming and responsive as well, which was appreciated. Check in and out was very easy.

Quaint and out of the way
Stayed here a couple nights to go white water rafting in the area. Hosts were very nice and laid back. We enjoyed the hot tub and horse shoes by the creek.

A beautiful retreat
A wonderful retreat/weekend getaway. David was so kind and welcoming. The property was beautiful and offered a great ambience. The waterfall, hot tub, and fire pit were relaxing to enjoy. David told us about walking into the field at night to watch the fireflies. That was a sight I'll never forget. We're so thankful he told us about it. I'll also never forget the bear we heard on our porch at 5am. Follow the house rules and do not leave garbage outside. We listened and thankfully the bear didn't stay long, but it definitely added a great story to the trip.

Every thing was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully complete. There were even bath robes provided in case you wanted to enjoy the hot tub on the deck. Very gracious hosts.
Just be sure you want the whole "tiny house" experience, as it is exactly as described and is TINY!. The property is only a few minutes from Clayton and not far from Hiawassee. Excellent to use as a base for a few days in the cool mountain air.

Perfect tiny spot to get away
We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. Just what we needed. Quiet spot to sleep while we wandered downtown Clayton and tried all the restaurants. The property is beautiful, even in the rain.

Cute tiny home
This place was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the outdoor area with the hot tub in the evening. We enjoyed eating breakfast down by the creek and listened to the waterfall while lounging on the couch.
The owners keep this place super clean inside and out. There was nice little added things for guest...coffee maker with coffee, paper plates and plastic ware, small shampoo and conditioner, soap and firewood for the fire pit.
There is a lot of great local restaurants, waterfalls and hiking trails near by, which we loved!

Tiny House Big Adventure
We loved staying in the Lil’ Red House on this property! We really came out to Clayton to enjoy hiking and this location was perfect distance to all the hiking we wanted plus it was within driving distance to a couple of cute small towns. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed wandering out to the waterfall. The tiny house was tiny as expected but had everything we needed. It was functional tiny not frustrating tiny. 10/10 would stay again!

Great weekend getaway
The Tiny House is tiny, but it was exactly what we bargained for! The property was great, can't wait to go back when it's a bit warmer. Close to lots of things if you're looking to be out in nature, also nice if you just want somewhere to escape to and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. We will be returning.

Nice quiet getaway
My husband and I stayed at this Tiny House for Valentine’s Day weekend. It was our first Valentine’s as a married couple so we wanted a new experience, something special. This place did not disappoint. Clean, quiet, cozy and affordable. The hot tub was a plus. The property owner is very friendly and even helped us get a bonfire started. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Tiny house experience.

Absolutely amazing
My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better location. It rained nearly the whole time and we still wouldn't have went anywhere else. The scenery and cabin are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is seamless and the owners are more than willing to do anything to make sure you have a great stay! And now we are tiny home addicts! We will be back most assuredly!

Beautiful getaway
My boyfriend and I wanted a quick vacation away from everything, and this was the perfect trip. The tiny house was very cozy and we cooked our meals on the grill and ate on the outside deck. I could have sat in the jacuzzi all day!

The perfect, cozy country getaway
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the tiny red house. David was very accommodating and helpful, providing a list of things to do around the area and other necessities for grilling — utensils, plates, etc.
It looks very small from the outside but we were very surprised at how spacious and perfect it was on the inside. We 100% recommend staying at either of the places David has available.
10/10 — a brilliant honeymoon getaway.

The Little Red house was just the perfect place to stay for a weekend away. Nearby Clayton has so much to offer... Hiking, shops and great food. The hot tub at the tiny house was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to say except David is a great host and his property is wonderful. The tiny home itself is well done, and it sits on several acres of land you are free to explore. Yes, the tiny house is close to the main house, but I never felt like this was an issue. David is going to stay out of your way and give you the privacy you are looking for.
If you have any hesitations about booking, just do it! I will be staying again.

Amazing.
I can't even being to explain how perfect this property is. Everything was absolutely amazing. The location, the property, especially the family!! and even their dog!! My husband and I not only explored the property-a gazillion times, but also took a trip to Clingmans Dome- Smoky Mountains, Tallulah Gorge, BlackRock Mountain, and on the way up from Orlando- we stopped at Providence Canyon State Park located in Lumpkin, GA. All where in short distance from Acorn Creek Farm. Yes, the tiny red house is tiny, but its cozy and comfortable!! The loft was cute. The jacuzzi was wonderful and the grill to make meals was a great touch. The porch located at the back of the farm, with a beautiful waterfall, surrounded by the forest was very relaxing. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of work and everything that's going on in the world today. We are very thankful we got to stay and experience Georgia from a different point of view and we cannot wait to book again. Hopefully, we will be able stay in the tiny cottage located towards the edge of the farm. Looking forward to that! Thank you for such a great stay! Your hospitality and friendliness did not go unnoticed. Thank you again!!

Perfect Quiet Getaway
This was the perfect location to have some space and time isolated from the normal work life. The cottage had a lovely loft and comfortable bed. It was a short walk to a very beautiful waterfall with a patio seating for catching a nap. Very calming. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The BEST romantic getaway ever!
My boyfriend and I couldn't be any more obsessed with this tiny house! We decided to take a little weekend getaway to celebrate our first valentines day together and from start to finish - we had the BEST time here. The tiny home has everything you need to make it the perfect stay.
We brought groceries to cook breakfast, lunch , and dinner so we didn't have to get out - the grill set up was perfect and everything we needed to make yummy meals! The property had a good sized mini fridge as well that fit everything we brought.
We LOVED hanging out by the hammock and peaceful waterfall on the property, not to mention the awesome deck with the hot-tub and lovely fire pit! The place had a giant flat screen TV that made us feel right at home watching our favorite tv shows on Hulu. The bed was super comfy, bathroom was great size, plenty of space to move around given the nature of the home.
Property was very easy to find and within close access to several hiking trails in Tallulah Gorge which is where we spent the entirety of our second day visiting. Needless to say it was BEAUTIFUL. David and his wife were so very hospitable throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier to have stayed at their tiny home! Between the two of us, we easily said how great of a time we were having only about 100+ times! SO MUCH FUN. Such a great, quiet, getaway.
