Eaglehawk Neck Beach House est un cottage de deux chambres en placage de brique sur un demi-acre terrain avec plage Pirates Bay à 10 mètres de la porte d'entrée. Le grand barbecue extérieur et terrasse face à la plage, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre. entre la maison et la plage est entièrement clôturé et animaux de compagnie et dispose d'un chemin privé à pied de la plage .Port Arthur et rampe de bateau et le parc national sont tous à proximité avec de nombreuses pistes côtières à pied.L'hôtel Lufra est à 300 mètres de la maison et les repas sont disponibles .Hobart est à environ une heure de route et l'aéroport international Hobarts est à environ 45 minutes de Eaglehawk Neck.
Le chemin d'accès a un grand rayon de braquage pour les bateaux et un grand parking.

We love this place and this is our 4th stay here. Stunning views so close to the beach. Place was nice and clean and its great we can bring our pets as well (even a doggy door that goes out to enclosed yard). Not fancy but it suits us nicely and we will be back 😀😀😀

Wonderful refreshing break, clean and comfortable. Great to be able to take dog. Proximity to beach excellent. Highly recommend, would like to return.

Simple place but nice enough
The fold out couch for the 5th and 6th person is not great. It would be quite an uncomfortable sleep if there were two people on it. Place is great for 4 people

I organized this 10 day trip for my busy son and his family as a Christmas gift. Their lives are so frantic during the year and my son is very full on and does everything at full speed so for him to destress at this wonderful place was the best present. Will be rebooking it .

A great stay during Christmas with family including the furkids. Beautiful to see and hear the ocean from our bedroom and the fenced yard was great for throwing the ball.

This was our second time staying at the property. It is very clean and comfortable, with everything as described. The owners were good with communication and had the house nice and warm for our night arrival. We would definitely recommend.

Towels Threadbare
No basics. Ie. soap,shampoos, paper towels ect.
Only one Saucepan& one useable fry pan, rest very old
Firebox sealed shut, NOT TO BE USED

Great Beach, but a lot further than 10 meters from front of house, measured 170 meters

I have stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints.
It is incredibly clean and the location right on the beach is amazing.
It has a fully enclosed yard for my dog and is honestly the best pet friendly house I have stayed at.
Can't wait to return.

The place was very clean. Great view of the surf and Hypolites from all the front rooms and yard. The yard was excellent for our dogs to run around in and the access to the beach was a 2 minute walk. If you get sick of dining in the Lufra hotel is only a very short stroll away. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visit , no frills down to earth place. Maybe bring a few extra kitchen items if you are a foodie but other than that it was warm and comfortable.

Lovely views of the beach. The inside was just adequate. There was no cleaning gear to wipe bathroom sink, or benches or to clean the toilet. Visited Port Arthur , Salt water river, blow hole and devils kitchen and Tasman arch. Great location for our dog to run around in a secure fenced garden.

The location and view of this property is fantastic. It was the best place for our dog that we experienced in our month in Tasmania. Having somewhere that is safe and spacious for our dog which we really appreciated when we visited the national park for the day. Not 5 star inside but that’s what we liked about it

A great place to stay with great views. The house is basic, super clean, comfortable & with all the essentials. Great place to base ourselves while out and about on the peninsula during the day. Beds were comfortable and the heating great for the cooler nights we had. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Our family (including our dog), had a blissful two night stay. Yes, it’s an old-style shack, so if your into something fancy and up-market, then this isn’t the shack for you. If you’re into nature, connection and appreciating the location, it was just amazing. Waking to the waves crashing and exploring the Tesselated Pavement was wonderful; then heading around to the boat ramp for a tour with Wild Ocean & hanging out with whales and dolphins is highly recommended. One of our favourite new Tassie locations. Thanks.

The property is basic but very clean.
Walk out the back gate straight onto the beach.
Well fenced for our dog and lovely views of the beach.
Falling asleep to waves crashing is magical.

Location is amazing. But this house didn’t work for us and we only stayed 2 of our 7 nights we paid for. The house was clean but I wouldn’t call it immaculate. Back deck has a lovely view but is open to the elements.
1- The yard is very boggy and muddy to the point that it is unusable. Each time our dog went down she had very muddy paws that required attention every time. Not exactly relaxing or sustainable. Especially with carpet indoors.
2- The yard is not easily accessed - only via the stairs on the back deck or the gate at the very end of the garden away from the house. No easy access to the clothesline either, unless you walk through the mud. No dryer, so drying clothes proved challenging.
3- Towels are threadbare. Bedding didnt feel or smell freshly washed.
5- No smart tv so we couldnt watch streaming services on a large screen.
6- Only food options are the Luffra hotel (very pricey for what you get) or the Murdunna Roadhouse. Closest supermarket is in Sorell or Nubeena. Best to go with plenty of supplies.

We had a good two day break in this house near the beach and historic sites. When we arrived the heater had been left on which was really appreciated. Basic amenities but comfortable enough. Very clean. The dogs also enjoyed their break. Fab location. Thankyou. The only thing was would've loved to use the fireplace.

Well located, good design,pleasant surroundings. The problems with the property included
> wood heater that didn't function
> very cold on arrival, and as the owner said, it took 2 hours to approach acceptable 18 degrees from heat pump.
>poor quality and limited numbers of cutlery and crockery.
>poor quality and deficient supplies ie. coffee tea and sugar( there were no others)
> the stove and baking trays etc had no evidence of ever being cleaned.

Basic amenities in kitchen, good size frig. Disappointed that wood heater is not to be used, it takes up a lot of room for something you can't use.
Had read that the second bedroom had 2 queen size beds (ideal for 2 single adults) , unfortunately it was a double and a very uncomfortable pull out couch. Would have much preferred an actual bed, especially as the website says sleeps 6!
A number of light globes were missing or not working.
We had a pleasant time, the views and location amazing, just feel a few details could be upgraded.
