Great location, quiet area. The balcony was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The pool looked clean and inviting, however we didn’t use it because it was too cold outside to swim. Easy check in.

The wifi was not great, we could only get access on our balcony and as soon as we shut the patio door we lost connection. I wish the kitchen had a few more cooking supplies and wine glasses, however there was certainly enough to get by!

So these apartments are nicely located in Maiori town. Room was reasonably clean, but they won't clean it or change your towels unless you are staying at least 7 nights. I don't think there was anything else to like about this room.

Well, the list could go longer here. I would start with the receptionist, who is located in the different building (Panorama hotel). Receptionists are friendly, but at the same time couldn't care less about your problems or what you want. Rooms are spacious but cold, heating is off, radiator was not working and towels were wet throughout the day. There was a strong smell of gas in the coridor - noone did anything to solve this situation. Bed was the worst. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Neighborhood was particularly noisy. You could hear basically everything and everyone. One floor below there were some refugees living - very noisy crowd. Shower cabin was leaking, so bathroom floor was constantly wet. In general the room was really below any expectations. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are really on a budget and don't have any standards of living on a holiday. All in all, fake italian politeness and huge disappointment.

It's an excellent place to stay and a base to explore the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The apartment was perfect for us. The beds were comfy and the kids have a pool to enjoy at the end of the day. It is near the beach and great Restaurants around Maiori. The staff at Panorama Hotel are all friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and would recommend Angelina Residence.

Location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. Swimming pool was nice. Recommendation: order food at "Le Bonta Alimentari Di Trezza Francesco" ( Homemade lasagna or noquis! delicious!). The people who attend the bar in the beach are really friendly! I forgot a small bag with sun creams and other stuff and the day after they give to me!

Parking place. You have to pay extra for a parking place, and it's really crowded due to the small space. They can not guarantee a place for you. We went back one night and parking was full. With 2 little kids sleeping, at 11pm is not nice to go to the reception to ask where to park... and go to another place. They allowed us to park in another parking where you have to leave the key ( also really small parking). In the morning you have to go there, ask someone to move the cars to go out with yours. This is not right!

Great location, nice pool, close to the beach. Maiori is a nice place to discover the Amalfi Coast.

I can't say I like anything about this property. It is essentially a big hotel chain trying to capitalize on the AirBnB market of apartment rentals. Make sure you have ZERO expectations if you book here. The staff do not care and are nearly impossible to get ahold of. Housekeeping is not included, be prepared to purchase your own toilet paper because you only get two rolls for every 4 days. The apartment itself is super dated and the photos are very misleading. The bed is a rock along with the pillows and has super basic amenities (if any, really). They don't even bother changing out the dish sponge from the previous guest so you can imagine their standards of cleanliness. I probably could have overlooked most of the stuff but we had to check out early due to an unexpected circumstance and had paid additional fees for parking, the beach and a baby cot (all per night). They refused to refund us any of it and instead issued us a "credit" to use for a future stay. We live in Canada and if we ever return to Maori we will certainly not be staying with them. If you are looking for an apartment stay I would recommend booking a well-reviewed AirBnB with a host who actually cares over this poorly run apartment complex. Oh, and don't book the beach through them. They told me it would be PACKED and we needed to book in advance so we did. The beach was 20% full and they charge more than any of the other beach clubs-- nice.

The swimming pool was good and the terrace in the panorama hotel has a great view. Staff was friendly.

I travelled with my parents, who cannot do stairs. I asked in advance if the property was suitable for them, but they didn’t advise you need to climb 4 steps to go to your room. Rooms were dated and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

It’s located in the heart of Maiori and that’s the reason we chose Angelina Residence. We enjoyed our stay here :)

We had insanely noisy upstairs neighbors. When I called the hotel, they sent someone to ask them to quieten down which I appreciated.

The check in process was terrible. You wait for ages to get assistance because there is only one person behind the counter and if they are serving someone who speaks Italian, they land up having fat chats about personal matters. Rooms are only ready at 4pm and our only became ready at 5.10pm even though we arrived before 12 and were waiting. They prioritize travel agent bookings over anyone else. The residence is at a different location to the hotel checkin (this was very confusing and not explained properly to us or the other family waiting to checkin) and the amenities such as beach towels are not available to you, only to hotel guests. Overall, this process left a sour taste in my mouth towards this hotel. They take 100 euro deposit and if you don't clean your room and take all the trash out (and separate it), they won't give your deposit back.

The apartments are great and a lot bigger than they look in the picture. The pool is fantastic but only open 9-6pm and the location is fantastic and perfect for families everything is within a short walking distance, the beach, play park, cafes bars bus and ferry.

No cleaning included or change of fresh linen or towels in a 6 night stay. You do have access to a laundry room so you can wash your own towels.

The location in Maiori for the Path of Lemons was excellent. Also very easy to access restaurants and shops by walking. The pool was also very convenient.

Our bedsheet had water spilled on it and the hotel wanted to charge us to replace it. No thanks. We hung it on the railing to dry. It seemed like there was a charge for every little thing.

Excellent! Well equipped apartment with parking. Location was great too, just two short blocks away from the beach. Nice swimming pool. The pool closes at 6 pm (it'd be nice if it was open until 7-8pm in peak summer season when temperatures are still in the mid 30s C). We loved this place. Would go back and stay longer.

could do with an update, bathroom was tired with an incredibly small shower (probably why part of the shower screen had been replaced with a curtain). mattress poor quality.
