Bienvenue à King Hill Cottage! Séjournez dans notre cottage de charme au cœur de la région du lac Sunapee. Le lac Sunapee, le mont Sunapee et le centre-ville de New London sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. King Hill Cottage est une maison personnalisée luxueusement rénovée et conçue par des professionnels qui comprend 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Our family had a lovely three nights stay at this cottage in New London while skiing Mount Sunapee for the weekend. The cottage is nicely furnished and decorated and very comfortable for a family of five, and could house more people as well. The bedding is comfortable and the master suite in particular is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We cooked two nights in the cottage, and went out to dinner the third night. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Mount Sunapee, and about 7 minutes from Main Street New London. The area around the lake is beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely return.

We had a great stay at King Hill Cottage. We were dropping off our daughter at Dartmouth and visiting some friends in New London and doing some hiking. Great location. Short drive to New London, close to 89 and Sunappee. The house is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Loved the clean and simple decor. It was hard to leave.

Our 6 family members stayed two nights for a wedding weekend. We all agreed that the it was the perfect house in the perfect location. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend together. We appreciated the very clean house in just the right spot for all of our wedding activities. Although we didn't do any cooking beyond morning coffee we could see that there was anything we might need. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. We appreciated having all of the linens and towels provided. We could arrive without a worry. We would definitely recommend this property and if ever traveling to the New London area again we will definitely stay here again.

I booked this property for a girls getaway (bachelorette). The house is beatifully decorated and it was spotless. Figuring out the TV was a pain but the managers helped us out.

This cottage was absolutely charming. A 15 min drive to the mountain - it was super convenient to restaurants and fun? We had grandparents and our 2 young children. It was a perfect setup for the 6 of us — plenty of space, great kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We will definitely come again!

The house is very well located and convenient to Lake Sunapee and New London. The hosts were easy to deal with and responsive. We will definitely stay in the house the next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Stone Hill. The house had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and have a relaxing time. The outdoor space was a bonus and we had an evening around the fire pit. We enjoyed exploring the Mt Sunapee area and dining. There is a grocery nearby as well as lake access. We had paddle boards and a jet ski and found a small launch at Becketts Landing and also went to the harbor landing. Just a beautiful area and perfect for our family’s end of summer trip. Our 2 year old Labrador wished that the Sunapee area had more ‘dog friendly’ spots. There were trails that we could not go on and could not find a place for her to swim at (aside from the Beckets boat launch). Once we were on the lake, she could swim between our boards. The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our family of 9 (7 children ages ranging from 3-10 years old) and our two dogs we very comfortable in this adorable cottage. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was noticeably the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. I will say, it was closer to the main road than I was expecting but still at a safe distance even with young children and the views across the street were beautiful. Other than that everything else EXCEEDED our expectations! Linens were of great quality and smelled fresh like it had just been laundered. The kitchen was bright, spacious and well equipped! The living room was cozy and bedrooms spacious. My children loved the cute loft and “camped” in their own space. Two on the loft and 3 on the air mattress underneath was the set up as their own “clubhouse” with their own TV! Big hit! We didn’t use the space outside much but it was adorable! Had we had more time I think we would have used the fire pit but we were there for a wedding and were pretty busy. I can’t say enough good things about this cottage! We would stay at the Kings Hill Cottage again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend… 10 stars!!! :-)

The King Hill Cottage was really a great location for our extended weekend away with our family. The property was picturesque and offered us the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while having sufficient comfort indoors. We loved this house ! It was immaculate , newly renovated and had everything we needed.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The home is located close to town and Colby Sawyer college so it was perfect for us. We didnt want to leave!

Great Stay
This rental was just about perfect. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom. Great lighting and easy to use TV and heat. Bed very comfie. Felt like home. The only drawback was the road location due to the fact that we travel with our retriever who likes to exercise. Fortunately there are so many lovely trails and conservation areas around, so we got to take some hikes. All in all a wonderful stay !!

Beautiful get away!
I booked a weekend getaway for myself last minute and couldn’t have been happier! The Kings Hill Cottage was a dream. It’s clean cozy and everything I was looking for. It is exactly as it shows in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the beds are very comfortable and nothing beats sitting by the fireplace in a blizzard. I will definitely be back!
