The property is beautiful. Very clean accommodations with AC.
Every morning we were awakened to the raking of rocks, people talking loudly, and some lady was screaming loudly at one of the workers! I literally woke up to a young man raking rocks at 7 am right in the front of my cabin. If you want peace and quiet and minimal privacy, this place does not offer such. In addition, we needed to wash 1/2 loads of clothes and they offered to do so for 17 USD! Price gouging at its finest!

We really liked the cottage, it was really our own place!

Very cozy place, loved our Toucan cabin. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, we received room service every day with clean towels, mini common kitchen was very useful, staff was friendly and would share fresh bananas with us every day!
Fridge was a bit noisy as it’s in the same room where the bed is. Apart of it all was great.

Room was tidy, clean, comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was near the beach and the town. Very safe and private location.
A bedside lamp was needed for reading as the sun sets early. Minor complaint.

The cabins were very sweet-every cabin had its own name. The garden/jungle was beautiful and it was nice to have a little terrace to sit outside and enjoy the nature. A parking space was important to us-its a bit of a gravel road but easy to access. Landlady/staff was very friendly. And it was very central. All in all we had a lovely stay!
The cabins were quite small and simple-the only thing that was slightly annoying was that there was only one bedside table and generally not much storage space. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

The accommodation was nice, the environment is so green.
it is well located, not far from the Playa Negra. good quality and price.
does not have a proper kitchenette, but you can do basic things, like boiling water.

Quiet but still near town (5 mins walk). Secluded “cabins” tucked in amongst the trees/shrubs. Garden/forest area at the back where we found lots of green tree frogs and also saw a howler monkey and a large iguana. Nice to sit on cabin terrace or in hammock and watch wildlife - we had an agouti wander by regularly and also hummingbirds along with other birds. resident sloth, Lola, didn’t make an appearance. Surf beach nearby and lots of restaurants in town.
The door was open on arrival which meant the room was full of mosquitoes. Spent first 30 mins trying to kill them but gave and went to town for spray! Shower warm but just a dribble. Cabin a bit dark as it’s surrounded by trees/bushes.

An excellent place! Calm location close to the national park, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing monkeys, colibri birds, colorful frogs from our porch and a sloth in the garden. Very friendly owner who helped organize snorkling for us even though we only asked for advice.

This place is great. Very close to the "center" (Cahuita is sooo tiny) and the beach.
Inside of cabina was everything we needed - comfy bed, mosquito net, few shelves and bathroom with infinite amount of hot water. The room was cleaned every day.
The kitchen outside has everything you need to make yourself modest breakfast (or any other meal).
Ivoncita, the owner, was very nice and recommended places to eat which are definitely in our top 3 in Cahuita. I am sure she would help us with anything.
We were in most further cabin and the Wi-Fi inside was poor sometimes. But outside on porch worked without problem.

We really enjoyed our time at Cabinas Tito. Located next to the town in a beautful natural area filled with animals (we saw a sloth in the garden), this family-owned hotel has everything you can wish for. The local family will also provide you with a lot of tips about things to do in the area! 100% recommanded!

Beautiful, quiet location. Comfortable bed and covered porch. Close to town amenities, beach. Felt homey, safe. Volunteer(!) housekeeper Darling (her name suits) was especially accommodating. Groundsmen very friendly, informative. Small tropical garden, full of frogs, right on the well-maintained grounds. Gentle beagle pups were so nice while missing my own wee dog at home.
That my schedule required I leave after only 2 nights.

Great location. You get privacy in the jungle garden around the bungalows. We saw an agouti for the first time here.
We were a bit put off by cockroaches, but it didn't seem to be an exception in Costa Rica.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cabinas. We had a warm welcome by the hosts and enjoyed the beautiful gardens around the property where we saw lots of wildlife and plants. The host even gave us a guided tour. The tour of the chocolate plantation and kayak from them was excellent, the guide answered all of our questions and gave us a really personal tour, explaining everything really well.
There was no breakfast but the small kitchen area allowed us to do our own.

Beautiful studio in the middle of flowers and plants. The property is just one big green garden, amazing.
Everything spotless clean, the small kitchen has enough utensils to be able to make your own food, the studio is very peaceful and quiet.
Waling distance to town center and the beaches.
The owner and staff are very welcoming and kind.
Would stay here again.
Nothing, everything was great
