Only redeeming factor was the restaurant

The noise! The hotel owners/managers need to take a course on hotel management! The cool but bizarre design missed so many practical elements - there was constant beeping and buzzing and ringing heard loud and clear all hours in our room from the elevator, door lock system, and even people’s phones vibrating quite literally through the walls. Our sleep was bad half the nights we were there due to the (preventable) noise with basic practical fixes. The rooftop view is spectacular yet there isn’t no shade whatsoever. The view from rooms could be spectacular yet it’s blocked by the concrete pillars. More impractical choices. The rooms were drab, concrete walls stained with unknown liquids, the bathroom tiles were just gross and the shades had mold on them. Way overpriced. Do not recommend staying here unless some updates are made. Stop by the restaurant though, the food is amazing!

bathroom water wouldn’t drain properly when taking a bath . So it would get unto the room. In one of the rooms the air conditioner wouldn’t function properly, staff didn’t donanything about it.

Amazing location with walking distance to all of Esperanza’s restaurants and activities. Quiet hotel with a great staff!

Love the rooms, furniture and space distribution. A/C is great, hot water at any time and cozy bed. It is near to most of the tourist places, but still it is a nice quiet place.

The room cleaning can improve, especially the floor. Particularly on the nights there is no spanish speaker staff at front desk.

I like the water pressure the room was equipped with steamer blower and the best of all beach chairs. The air conditioner you can change the thermostat. The bed was very comfy and the unique style of the room.

I did not like that there was not a coffee maker in the rooms
