I am a local resident of Indialantic with frequent out of town guests. I rented this property for two adult friends who were coming to town for my daughter’s graduation events. The property is immaculate. Fully renovated. First floor unit with excellent parking available right in front of the unit for ease in move in and move out! Keyless entry a huge bonus! Walk out patio to pool and down steps to ocean. Quiet portion of the public beach and the property had excellent views and amenities. Directly across street from Publix and Dunkin Donuts plaza with restaurants. No need for a car. Will rent again for our out of town guests!

Our family enjoyed staying within steps to a heated pool + having access to a beautiful beach where our kids were able to find plenty of seashell treasures. The condo was stocked with all essentials needed and was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas! The condo was in a great location and very clean. You can tell it’s been updated recently. The decor is very nice and the beds are super comfortable. It’s steps from the pool and beach. The Condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beach chairs came in handy too. We will definitely come back to this property in the future. We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend, super convenient to grocery, etc. condo walks out to the heated pool, ocean is right there, so convenient with my 10 year old! We did have a service call, answered and fixed immediately, Taylor was great!

Our condo was just as the pictures showed, and at check in, the place was nicely clean and ready for us! The property was well maintained; I saw someone cleaning the pool almost daily and multiple people throughout the facility keeping it clean. Our unit opened right to the pool which was a few steps from the beach. Plenty of chairs and loungers on the pool deck. Back porch was perfect to sit with our dog so he could enjoy the beach air too!

Loved the condo. The location was perfect. The ocean breathtaking! The pool was exceptionally clean and the property is very well maintained. The condo was newly remodeled and had everything you needed. Ee even used the barbecue one night. The restaurants were great and people in the neighborhood were very friendly. Our rental car locked us out and several people at the Publix plaza across the way came up to us and offered assistance. I am coming back next year. Only negative was a minor oversight, shower curtain missing in main bathroom so we all had to use the other shower. So minor we didn't even notice until 2nd night there. Can't wait to come back for a full week next August!!!!

My family (all 15 of us staying in different condos) was SO impressed with this condo!
Let’s talk inside first:
- the kitchen wall has been knocked out so it feels very spacious
- furniture is minimal, enough for what you need but not a lot of extra stuff to make it feel crowded
- amazingly comfortable beds.
- the decor…just WOW. Most beach condo decor is cheesy to me. It all looks the same. Whoever decorated this condo did a wonderful job! It is simple and beachy, but in an elegant way.
Now let’s talk room location:
- Of all the condos, this has the best of everything. A grass area right in front of the patio, where we all hung out every night. Great spot for a corn hole game! Direct access to the pool and beach. The building is so close to the beach, it is insane…literally steps to the ocean. I am a beach gal but my kids love the pool - since the pool is beachside and the condo is so close to the ocean, it felt like I was on the beach even when I was sitting at the pool. This is the only vacation that I have ever enjoyed sitting by the pool.
If you normally stay west side, be prepared for the difference in the sand, water, and tide. There is a reef shelf on out in the ocean at Satellite Beach that can beat up your legs if you run into it while in the ocean. If you enjoy looking for sea shells, this is your place!
All in all we love this condo and Paradise Beach Club Resort and will DEFINITELY be back!

Loved this place. We booked a last minute weekend in Satellite Beach and booked this place. The space was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed the beach, pool, watched tv and loved the surrounding area. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Everything was great and descriptions accurate, we are switching our October vacation stay to here. The beach towels were nice and plush, the beach chairs and umbrella were very nice quality. Shampoos/liquid hand soaps were provided and everything we needed elsewhere. My only suggestion would be to add another chair in the living room and maybe a clock on the wall...everything else was perfect!! To be able to walk out the patio and literally 20 steps and your at the edge of the ocean was unbelievable. Will defintely being staying here again!

This property is in a great location for all that the space coast has to offer! The apartment was very clean, beds were all comfortable, bathrooms spotless, and the rental host was fantastic! Some notes for the practical traveler... furnishings are sparce, the unit could use luggage racks and more hanging space for clothing. Be prepared for the first floor location: pool is right outside master bedroom window and the kitchen was home to a few native Florida critters. (Host responded immediately to our request for an exterminator and problem was quite manageable for the remainder of our trip.) We will definitely be back, just on a higher floor.

We could not have loved this place more! It was beautifully remodeled, had a perfect location, and slept comfortably! The only problem we had was a malfunction with the lock, but the maintenance people came and fixed it in no time! Excellent communication! No surprise charges. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and convenient
This condo was everything we were looking for and more. Beautifully decorated and clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and functional stay for the week we were here. It was a bottom unit, so we were steps away from the beach, the grill area and the pool. Our children could come and go safely and space out to have all the fun. We were so sad to leave but look forward to a return one day. The management team is top notch and they make you feel so welcome and want to ensure you have everything you need. Truly a great experience!

Beautiful views
It was a very nice condo and had beautiful views. The pictures and description were accurate except for the picture of the outdoor porch which was not open. Ours had a gate with a door which was fine with us. Check in was easy and the person we dealt with responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I can only say good things about the service we received. The condo itself was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The layout was great. The only con I can say is if you are not a morning person and you are light sensitive you might not be happy. They only have pleated shades in the bedrooms which is fine for privacy but not for blocking light. This is especially true in the bigger bedroom facing the ocean. The sun rises in the east and comes up early. There are no curtains or curtain rods. So I would recommend to the owner/management that they may want to consider some blackout curtains for customers who would prefer not waking up with the sun.
There is a Publix a block away and plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Everything is very convenient and I would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Very Dog Friendly
While searching for vacation spots around Melbourne, I was looking specifically for a 2 bed/2 bath condo directly on the ocean that allowed pets. My daughter and her puppy planned to stay with us for a few days, so I booked this condo additionally because it was on the ground floor. I was worried at first about being right next to the pool, but when the doors are shut, it is quiet. The condo was clean and well cared for and met all of our needs. The bathrooms are not large or luxurious, but are clean and updated. But the most important thing, by far, is the beach; it is beautiful! You literally are only a few steps away. We went at spring break time, and there was not an issue finding a quiet beach spot. It was so relaxing! There is a grocery store across the street, which made it very convenient. We were not able to use the dog enclosures because the puppy is a small breed and could escape through the rails. But the enclosures were clean and cared for as well. I do not have a single complaint. Overall, it was the perfect place to vacation with a dog (or without one).

Kitchen is fully updated and looks great! New refrigerator, counters, cabinets and washer/dryer in the unit.
Furniture and everything is fantastic, but the floors were incredibly filthy. We didn't wear socks when we first arrived, and our feet were black within minutes. That's really the only drawback!
Beautiful unit just a few steps from the beach. Awesome secret beach shortcut through the hedges - you just have to look for it.
We LOVED our stay and will stay again soon. This was our 3rd visit to this same complex.

Location Location Location!
The condo was very nice..updated bathrooms, tv in each bedroom and living room. Beds in the smaller bedroom were rather squeaky but comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the perfect location of the unit…beachfront and just far enough from the pool to not have all the pool activity right outside the little patio. Wonderful to see the ocean from the living room and bedroom windows! Only a 4 story unit so never very crowded. Would love to return to this condo for another beach retreat!

We are an older couple that came here for a week of peace and quiet and we found that. The condo was very clean and my bugaphobe wife never saw a single bug. We did not want to leave.The beach itself is a little rocky and seas were a bit rough, so it wasnt an adult, out in the ocean, swimmable beach. However, plenty of kids were having a blast on their floaties near shore. The pool was great. You can have it to yourself early am and late PM. Everything is nearby, we went to the Brevard Zoo, Ron Jon;s and the Cocoa Beach Pier. I got breakfast every morning at Dunkin'Donuts which is directly across the street, a 1 minute walk. Our little dog came with us but had to keep off the grass. I understand why. He didnt like that but he got over it with walks down A1A side walk and exploring the vacant lot nextdoor.Let me put it this way, I could stay there forever.

Condo is in a great location right by the pool. Pool was heated the first 3 days but was cold the last 3. Unit also does not provide enough towels and no actual beach towels. Would be nice to have a drying rack since you cannot drape towels over railing.

Easy check in. Private beach. Not crowded at all, considering July 4th weekend. Excellent accomodations. Only complaint was sofa bed had a very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Otherwise, great time! Thanks Drew and Paradise Beach Club!!

Peace
The location was just what my family was hoping it would be. We were so relaxed and comfortable we actually started to lose track of the days. I can not recall a vacation that peaceful. The hardest part was waking up the morning after returning to our own home and not hearing the ocean any more! I really missed it!!! Thanks for a wonderful family holiday!
