Ubicación: está a pasos del centro y cerca de bares, restaurantes y cafeterías, supermercados. Piso muy cómodo para 4 personas. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre disponible. Recomendable.

It was clean and the location is pretty close to the center of the city. The shower is comfortable.

Everything inside is pretty old. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. The check in hours are very rigid and communication about that is sent separately from the main text so we missed the text and had to wait 2 hours for the key with temperatures outside being 99 degrees.

The host was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. He met us at the door when we arrived, and showed us where the parking was (a few minutes drive away). The location was good - we walked everywhere - and the parking he provided (for a fee) was acceptable. The shutters kept the sun out, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was well-equipped.

There was a weird insistence that we not use the kitchen (the cleaning staff did not generally go into the kitchen, and would have to be paid extra to clean it if we left it less than immaculate - we did use it, a bit, and I made sure it was immaculate at the end - heck, I hand-washed the floor!). And, more significant - the bed in the main bedroom was among the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Squeaky, hard like rock... The host said he plans to replace the mattress.

The location and it was very clean

it seemed to be quite small. we were asked to clean the kitchen as the kitchen cleaning was not included in the price.

Location was very convenient for site seeing. The place was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The owner met us at the door and gave us a city plan and a lot of tips for site seeing.

The apartment we booked was at number 12 but the given to us was at number 10. We had two persons with disability and asked for apartment with elevator. Unfortunately to get to the elevator they had to climb 6 very slippery stairs. It took us me and my husband 15 min to help them one by one to get up the stairs. Not acceptable . The beds were really not comfortable and very noisy.

Beautiful apartment, Luis was very helpful, kind and gave us a lot of advice on how to get the most out of our visit to Granada. He used to work as a guide, so he told us about La Alhambra and some other key points in the city. Quiet apartment, fully equipped and super clean.

Everything was perfect.

Practical and comfortable, ideal for a family holiday, short walk to the commercial centre. Plenty of neighbourhood bars and grocery shops nearby. Host very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Could do with a few things fixing, here and there to up the general standard. Location was good for us but its a 40 minute walk to Alhambra and 30 minutes to Albaicin so may not suit everyone.
