Comfort bed and good location. Staff is friendly.

The restroom and bathroom not so convenience. The room has a big wide glass windows, the picture is nice but it make the room so bright in the morning and wake me up. Rooftop pool not well maintained.

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. Security staff were exceptional and really made us feel welcome and safe.

The pool was freezing and tiny. The gym didn’t have air conditioning and was like a hot glass house in the sky. The gym was also incredibly small. Almost too small and too hot to actually accomplish any activity. Breakfast was decent but staff would start shutting it down about an hour before it was closing. One morning we went at 8:45 and there was no coffee/no bread/no fruit and most dishes had one or two items. When we asked the staff to replenish they said they were all out of food but breakfast was suppose to continue for 45 more minutes. As a family, having the washroom walls be all glass inside of our room was very disruptive if someone needed to get up and go to the washroom in the night as the whole room would light up given that the walls were glass .

The location, staff, room, view. Everything was unbelievably good for the money. The bed was huge(extra king size), the room has been cleaned every day and also whenever you ask, you have free coffee, tea, water every day

The shower/toilet is a bit small. The gym doesn’t have AC (is not working) there is no water font to re fill your bottle so working out is a challenge. The breakfast is reeeeally poor. They don’t have enough western options. Only toast. Staff is not very kind. They keep your passport till check out (fist time in all SEA that they asked me to leave my passport)

Restaurant only open for breakfast & room service only available until 12:30pm. No bar service at the pool area. Mini bar fridge didnt get cold.

I stayed there for 5 days with 2 rooms. When I checked out, they told me I was missing 2 clothe hangers and charged me 120k, I don’t know if they actually put correct amount in my room or not. They didn’t show me when I checked in. Stupid policy and stupid checked out staff. They also told me that I was missing a towel and I told them that the clean lady didn’t put one on the floor on the previous day, so I refused to pay that one.

Booking says there is free breakfast, but it was not provided as the hotel says no free breakfast under my booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, i specifically told the receptionist that i will check out late on the last day because my flight is late at night. The receptionist replied ok, but to let the hotel know again 1 day before our departure, which i did, i told them i would check out at 0530pm. But on the last day, they knocked at my door and told me to check out at 1200pm. Managing of guest request and specific preference is not timely and accurately managed. it causes distress to guests.

Large room. Round bed was different. View was good. Rooftop pool was nice. Floating breakfast was a nice touch.

2 ladies at reception were not welcoming on our arrival. They spoke very minimal english and so communication was poor. The bed was comfortable but only had 2 pillows. Most rooms always have 4 on the bed. It advertised that it had a minibar. It had a bar fridge that was not turned on. Only one room card given so every time you went out of the room, you came back to a hot room and hot fridge.

Location was great

Dirty sheets and blankets got stained. Breakfast is 6-9:30 am and you need to make sure be there before then. Staff will tell you no more foods or come early next day. Not too good service personality in my opinion. We were there at 9:10 and they were rushing us to get foods so they can clean up at 9:30

Convenient location

The rooms are small, breakfast is crowded, guests are rude, and remember to put all things in the room back where you find them or it will be hard to check out. They have to validate the towels, cups, spoons etc that were in the room when you checked in.

Unbelievable new hotel in a great location. Room was modern and spotless. Staff very helpful and the facilities were amazing, especially the rooftop pool!

The security guard is nice, always friendly and helpful. The service in general is good. The price for 2 weeks is affordable, actually is quite a good deal!

The soundproof is not good. I heard so much noise in the hallway in the morning or when the neighbors with children came home. It's because they were talking so loud, but sadly we cound'nt do anything about it. I hope the hotel manager makes some renovation or sth changed in the room about this problem.

Good hotel with excellent location located at the city center, room is spacious, very clean & comfortable . Welcoming & friendly reception staff ,they gave us many advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

Breakfast is reasonable, not a lot to choose from. Food is average.
