The room was spacious and adequate and the hotel was comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! Apparently, they had problems with lack of staff those days, but this was really bad as we have a baby and a dog so by the 3rd night, we couldn't stand to be in the room.

Not super clean rooms. Bed and pillows need replacement. Parking not included in the price. TV in strange placement in the room. No fridge, no hair blower, no minibar and etc.

Great location only 7 minutes from the wonderful beach. Supermarket is also near by, just couple of minutes by walk. People who working there are great. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us few useful tips and recommended great places to visit. Helped us with extra needs.

On the booking it is said there is a parking for the guests. In fact you have to pay 10 euro to park your car on the private parking. The better option is to buy 24 hours parking pass an park your car whenever you want (besides private parkings). For 215 euro per night the room is empty like a drum. No fridge, no hair blower, no bottle opener, no minibar and etc. If you are looking for a quiet place this hotel doesn't fits. Windows is on the bar street side, no sound isolation at all. Literally you can hear everything what is happening in the bar below the hotel.

Good rooms, relatively clean.

City center (lots of noise right outside window), difficulty checking in, keycards didn't work properly, parking system very inconvenient with island parking policy.

Breakfast was nice, and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. The room was quite big.

Check in wasn't ready at 15:00, we waited an hour and a half longer to be able to get into the room. Very noisy on the streets, the hotel is in a party location. Didn't get much sleep with all the partying going on all night outside. Rooms are dated and could use a makeover.

I really like the location. Right in the heart of De Koog. Loved the fact that I could step out and join the party that was happening in the last weekend of Summer. The property was effective and the arrangements we enough to give us the facilities we wanted and not be intrusive to our plans.

I like nature views and that was something the place could not offer. I do not fault Fletcher hotel for that though. The location was such that nature views are not possible. Everything else seemed just fine

Noise! So much noise in this hotel almost impossible to sleep without ear plugs.

Perfect location, warm welcome, nice surrounding sights, cool beach in walk distance, fine breakfast, perfect to arrive by bike.

Price is higher than the service presents, no aircondition, location can easily means you cannot sleep if any bars/restaurants/neighbours keep party, because you have to open windows for fresh air.

I expected better breakfast because the Island is famous with it’s farms. Small packets of butter and honey were not suitable. I like the size of our room and the location

The Hotel is surrounded by night clubs and bars . We couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Excessively loud music was very disturbing . I won’t go again.

Loved the location as it was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were amazing and we were very happy with the room and found the staff very friendly.

I really liked the location. Near the beach and near some bars and restaurants. You're also near the Ecomar place where you can go by bike within few minutes. Breakfast is nice.

Price. However, this seems common to all places in the island. I think it's super overpriced. The noise in the street was not very pleasant also, a lot of young people doing a lot of noise. The police was there but didn't do nothing. I think this is the drawback of having an hotel near restaurants and bars...

Extremely noisy being on the Main Street where bars and restaurants are open late and early. Also no air conditioning so you can’t have windows open because of noise but the room was very hot.
