The room is big and comfortable.

No lift and the stairs are narrow.

Five star hotel. Very friendly and professional staffs. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food choices, I loved the omelette . Room was big and bed was very comfy. Wifi speed was more than enough. Reception area is huge and plenty of parking space.

Very good services. You can find all you need in the hotel. This hotel is highly advised for business purposes. A bit isolated for tourists.

Upon checking in the guy in the reception who was on duty on 1st January 2023 at 11:00 was like telling us my computer is restarting instead of greeting us. He gave us a room that is dirty, so we need to go down again to ask them what happened. The reception gave us a new room, and again the room doesnt have hot water in wc, so we need to change the room again. The room that they gave us doesnt have ipad and we love to do room service, the reception is being difficult when I ask for one she was like it should be there but it wasn’t, how come they don’t check this upon giving us the room.

Loved the sunshine coming through the wall to wall windows on the top floor. Staff was very considerate and kind, we were asked if we would want anything more before they started packing up the breakfast buffet.

Don't understand why the cleaning staff didn't take away the empty bottles of water and wine, but leaft fresh replacements of all.

Requested a bottle of water during the night but was advised to drink tap water as the kitchen was closed! No complimentary water on arrival and slippers. The property team didn't reply to any of my emails prior to arrival.

Size of room was great. Staff were helpful and the bar was nice – particularly helpful was food served until 23:00.

I couldn’t order room service using the tablet in the room. Maybe I could have but it was very difficult to use. The coffee machine in the room was a challenge to turn on. Some instructions would have been a great help. The drinks machine on the foyer wasn’t working; Irritating when I was desperate for a cold can of coke! The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to do anything… Finally, I never received an email receipt of my stay so I now have to chase the hotel for this. Little things but all together they made a disappointing stay.

Room smelled like someone had been smoking. Every time I entered the room, and the bathroom. The last morning no yogurt at breakfast. Minibar only contained drinks some nuts or something like that would make it perfect.. TV Stations are very limited with many channels not showing anything. Couldn't put the Bar bill on my room, even though I made a CC guarantee. A waitress went to check and did not come back for about 10 minutes, in the end my colleague paid.....
