La posizione centrale vicino a Ledra street ed al varco di confine pedonale di Nicosia Nord. La pulizia, la colazione molto varia ed abbondante, la gentilezza dello staff.

Wir hatten als kostenloses Upgrade das beste Zimmer des Hauses. Sehr gute Betten. Tolle Ausstattung. Der Cyprus Coffee war lecker.
Das Duschwasser war gerade lauwarm. Immer. Der Frühstückskaffee aus den Automaten sollte gemieden werden. Note 5.
Das Frühstücksangebot entsprach einer Ein-Stern Frühstückspension.

Location is perfect in the old city. Hotel feels clean and modern even though it’s in an old building and what we really loved was that they have kept some of the old charm and historical significance around by the breakfast room with lots of old photos and artifacts and it seems you can even book a ‘traditional room’ although we didn’t investigate this. Breakfast was excellent with a breakfast buffet as well as a cooked breakfast option with eggs, bacon, pancakes etc. and also proper coffee! Bathroom was huge and modern with an excellent shower and lots of soaps and shampoos and creams provided. Parking was easy and reasonably priced.

I never had as comfort as my bed back home but your bed is sooooo soft that it is inviting to sleep as like a baby. Funny but its true🤗☺️

The staff – absolutely lovely. Close to a lot of food, shopping, cabs and buses. Very clean space, quality bed linens. And the free breakfast was top notch. Was pleasantly surprised by the attached restaurant.
My room had a balcony, but it looked out to a street full of abandoned buildings, which had a pretty bad vibe. This wasn't that big of a deal though. The real issue was the bed. Kind of lumpy, super firm, pretty hard to get comfy in.

It is definitely well worth staying a night or two in Nicosia (and it is certainly much better to stay in Nicosia than in Larnaca which is a charmless hell hole)

Spacious and clean rooms in a very convenient location. Surprisingly quiet, considering it's in centre of town.
The breakfast was ok, but lacked options for vegetarians or vegans. The staff did their best to be accomodating, but management need to choose better quality products. Also, need a bit more effort to make the room facilities more eco-friendly. For example reducing plastic wrappers and not changing towels daily.

The location is excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant - it is very good for a 3* . Breakfast was hearty and a good selection. Will certainly go back for our next trip to Nicosia. Thank you.
The bathroom could have done with a heater in it because it was quite cold - room 206. On the Saturday morning the hot water had run out and was only warm.

the bed was meh, it’s renovated but still felt slightly cheap, weird smell in the hallway, balcony is facing a pigeon-conquered empty building, loud street noise during the whole night, some of the staff was really not friendly (breakfast stuff made up for it!)

Central location. Clean, functional rooms. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast with choice of food cooked to order. Friendly staff. Interesting collection of historical artefacts on the way to the dining room makes the place distinctive. Good value for money and would happily stay here again.
No big issue, just a suggestion: it would be nice to have some water and milk for tea/coffee in the mini fridge.
