Ihan normaali/ hyvä hotelliaamiainen. Erikoisruokavalion ruoat oli hienosti erillään.

Liian ruuhkaista aamiaisella. Ruokailutilojen jakaminen pienempiin osiin voisi auttaa.Tiedotus esim. ruokalinjastolla erikoisruokavalion ruoista helpottaisi niiden löytämistä.

Helppo tulla autolla. Isot parkkipaikat eikä maksa paljon. Hyvä kylpylä lähellä jos sitä kaipaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä, laadukas; perusvalikoimaa mutta kaikkea on runsaasti. Itse tulin hotelliin vain yöpymään ja halusin hyvän isohkon huoneen, siksi varasinkin Superior King huone; se oli kyllä 25m2 mutta tosi tavanomainen - pieni pettymys. Sitä paitsi, ulkona satoi vettä ja ikkunapelti soi kuin kirkon kellot! Onneksi hyvät korvatulpat oli mukana. Henkilökunta respassa oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias - heille 10 pistettä! Tulisinko uudestaan? - voi olla mutta silloin ottaisin toisen huoneen ja kenties kylpylänkin.

Hotel is rather clean and very good situated for the purpose of our travel in Turku. There are three place for eat on the territory. Pretty easy to reach any necessary locations at Turku from the hotel place.

_Attention to Booking.com!!!_ Hotel always book the room in the most far and inconvenient location in the building with most cheapest possible category. We called in the hotel two times and asked about Safe Box availability. Both times hotel people convinced us that they have it and it is fully functional. After we arrived, safe box are not worked and receptionist told us: "Service man could come in 20-30 minutes, but may be not come at all, because you arrive so late (18.00). If you like to walk-out or go to SPA, you could drop you staff here at reception desk". Finally, no service man arrived and safe not worked (probably, hotel save huge money on one battery, which powering the safe box months). Very unfriendly attitude to service delivery and guest requests. Also, we tried to call reception from the room (only own mobile phone possible to use), but after waiting 5-7 minutes waiting we got no response. Other moment, that hotel receptionist during our check-in try to "sell" us SPA service again, even we booked it at booking.com and get guaranty, that it is already included in our booking price. Additional "surprise", that all parking places near the hotel sold out to External Parking Managing Company and all customers arrived by car need to pay extra 14 euro per night (if car not electric, charging is separate cost as well). And finally, there are three place for eat on the territory of the hotel, however, SPA zone close at 21.00 and places for eat as well close at the same 21.00. Bingo! Dear customers, go our to eat! Very unpleasant feeling for stay. Hotel absolutely not care about guest and attitude are very unfriendly.

Parking is not included, its a no-go nowadays! My Room was old, but it's normal if you book through Booking.com you always get the worst Rooms.

Room and bathroom were dirty. The whole hotel is outdated and overpriced.

The hotel rooms were very outdated, the facilities were not very clean and it was an overall not a great experience. We had to request cleaning the rooms several times and they didn’t and we eventually had to ask them for a room change.

Very nice area, the pools are big so many people can swim at the same time, food was also great.

Lots of kids were running around the hallway and banging/kicking on doors for no reason.

Excellent breakfast, spacious room, cleanliness etc.

Unable to contact reception from room as no Intercom, no complementary tea/cafee, no fridge, no English tv news channel. Water gets stuck on the floor in bathroom after shower. Too expensive in relation to offered services.

Breakfast was great but I could have killed for better coffee with a warm croissant and a smoothie.

The staff weren’t helpful not trying to sell their wonderful facilities.

Air conditioner didn't work properly. Hotel keeps temperature high to save costs. 26-28 degrees in the room at night. No refrigerator in room, despite the cost per night. Cheaper hotels have refrigerators. Dirty bathroom

Reception and other common areas on the main floor were packed with people, partly due to other events that were happening at the same time. Room was small and outdated (considering the price). Would have been nice if Captain Hook was open.
