The breakfast staff was not so friendly. The coffee machine got empty before closing time. When we asked the staff to refilL the water tank and milk they were hesitant to do it. Thus we waited for a single cup of coffee for 15mins to get it work

Great location, facikities and staff. The thermen attached to the Hotel are fantastic too.

Except for the breakfast, the Restaurant is definetely a place to be avoided. More than one hour to bring a Ceasar Salad, and € 13 for two glasses of soft drink.

The location was in a pretty and quiet location enough close to the city centre of Aalen. Comfortable rooms with good accessibility for disabled. Very good breakfast.

When we arrived to the room, there were surprisingly a lot of moths (especially for being February). We found a lot of larvae in between the laundry bags. The table in the room was very dirty and sticky in its lower side. We told in the reception about both cleaning problems. No one fixed it and we had to go back. Furthermore, the hotel’s prices are very high due to its direct connection to the Thermen, but unfortunately being on the hotel did not give us any advantage (price wise), other than a private entrance to the Therme. We thought that we were paying an expensive hotel because we would have access to the Therme, and we had to pay the Therme as any other client.

The location was a bit remote, but it ensured quiet. Everything was perfect, the cleanliness was as i expected for a 4* hotel, large room and bathroom, automatic roller shutter on the window so you can sleep in the morning as much as you need, varied and rich breakfast, free coffee machine in the room, free bottled water. The whole experience was very pleasant. I was sorry that i didn't have time to use the SPA facilities and thermal baths, but next time i will allocate more time.

The room was not heated when i arrived, but in a maximum of 30 minutes after i turned on the radiators, it was very good.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was good - good size portions. Bed was very big. Comfortable room. Very quiet environment. Good view of the town. Plenty of parking.

Bed room floor was dusty in the far corners. But rest of the room was good. Breakfast selection is the same every day.

Incredible stay at this hotel!! The staff is super friendly, they speak English and German, the bar was super cozy and comfortable; and the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and warm. Super comfy beds. And the hot spring Spa is physically connected to the lobby! The hotel offers a deal where you get a token and pay only for the time you spend in the spa, at a great price!!! One of the best stays I have ever had. Don't think twice about it!

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast . We only stayed one night but I think it is nice for a weekend, so you can enjoy the Therme which is next door.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We liked everything again-the location(quiet but close to restaurants), nice breakfast, close to the spa, clean and spacious rooms.

The Limes Spa (with supplement) is great, you can go from the hotel directly with your bathrobe! Good breakfast, clean room.

Bit old fashioned corridors and commons look and smell like a senior residence. All dirty towels from the hotel were sitting in front of our room for 2 days in a row, not very enjoyable when you get out of your room.
