Im Biergarten Selbsbedienung war die Bestellung etwas umständlich(Warteschlange)

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, frisch zubereitet und wenn man eine Frage hatte, wurde die gerne beantwortet. Immer wieder gerne komme ich zum Frühstück.

das Frühstück war sehr gut, Der Aussenbereich sehr sauber. .Zimmer in Ordnung. Mein Mann war Geburtstagskind. Er bekam im Panoramarestaurant das bestellte Essen kostenlos. das war eine freudige Überraschung.

Wir wollten die Halbpension noch zubuchen ,hätten aber pro Person 25 Euro zahlen sollen. Das war uns einfach zu viel.

Breakfast was good and excellent value for money. Excellent cleanliness.

Room very small. No table, desk or shelf to set up laptop. Exorbitant charge for pets. Bedside lamp and room light only work independently from one side of double bed.

There are a lot of activities for kids. Big selection for breakfast Lake is and forest near by

The coffee was very bad Being a big hotel with lot of people there was long waiting times at elevators The fitness facility was very poor. No air, just some machines in a small closed space The library has no kid's books The only vegan option for milk was soya. Would be nice to have oat and ricemilk. Also,for the cacao of the kids would be a lactose-free version great.

Location and indoor/outdoor facilities are good, quite old though

It looks like the hotel is quite old and really needs deep renovation. Their elevators are really terrible - sometimes we had to wait for 15 minutes to finally use it as 3-4 in a row came full to our floow. Only 1 out of 2 actually worked and we are dealing with huge 12 floor building. 1 small working elevator for 12 floors is indeed not enough. This hotel is not worth of this price for sure.

Perfect for families with children, lots of activities for them.

Some of the Staff was not so nice. Most of them don't speak English and they speak to you as if you are stupid for not speaking German

Old-style design, small bathroom, and less animals (only goats) at petting zoo than expectation

Mostly a family place but also suitable for quiet uncomplicated time in nature alone or as a couple. Good walking or cycling opportunities in all directions. Ostalgie experience: the building is renovated but otherwise remains an authentic "Platte" unchanged in form since the 1980s, so one can still experience the type of holiday the Party had planned for the citizenry of the GDR. Templin town is worth a day trip (the Karl Marx monument is perfectly preserved!)

The buffets are acceptable but not great (maybe part of the GDR experience). Drinks not included in half-board seems unnecessarily mean. No portrait of Erich Honecker in the room!

The breakfast was good. The facilities for kids were also good, including the movie theatre, the petting zoo, and the playground. I was happy that the kids liked it.

The check-in process and the reception area was simply chaotic, the beds were uncomfortable, and many of the areas (restaurants, reception, pool, store, etc.) were understaffed.

the kids have many attractions and love to play there.

The place itself looks like a 90’s theme resort. Weak WiFi. And with the high price they still charge for everything small. Including drinks at dinner (even water) and including a chair at the beach. So that’s very annoying.

Food was great - very good variety for both adults and kids. I feel it's unfair, however, to pay so much for kids to eat, as they tend not to eat 10 EUR worth of food.

The staff member who checked us in was really unfriendly and it set an awful tone for the holiday.

So much to do, great facilities. Food was very good and the staff is very friendly.

The pipe of the sink of our bathroom kept making sounds in the middle of the night

The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were great. I would have like, however, to pay less than 10€ for my 4 year old, as she doesn't eat that much. The room was clean and comfortable; the lake was stunning. It might be a good idea though for the premises to provide some kids toys for the lake.
