The hotel is very beautiful and cozy! Friendly and positive staff gives a strong you-are-welcome feeling from the very first minute, amplifying the impression of the hotel itself =) Good breakfasts and nice location make it perfect for skiing/snowboarding vacation.

The staff were so helpful and kind! The rooms are great and pretty large for a hotel. There is a little bar in the hotel and the breakfast had a ton of options. There is plenty to do in the area and everything was very walkable. Parking was super easy and right out front.

We booked it last minute for a night, and it was such a good value for money that we asked to stay for another night (that ended up being cheaper through the hotel’s price). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect - 5 minutes from the city center by walking. Also, breakfast was amazing!

The tub was slippery and small and there was a small window right in front of the tub with no curtain or blinds, so that was a little uncomfortable.

it was our best stay in the mountains. hotel is very cozy, every detail made with heart and soul. we’ve got free upgrade, our room was with the balcony. room is sparkly clean and spacious enough. breakfast is rich, there are different kind of granola, unusual cheese, vegan options, egg, bread, sweats, coffee, beef. everything you need is here:) very welcoming and friendly stuff. location is good for hiking and not far from Innsbruck. want to come back:)

Everything was amazing, we loved the staff, the room, everything was great. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the center of town so you’re close to everything but you still have some peace.

Staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to help us. It was a family hotel and you really felt that. Much more personal than a big chain! The house was very charming and in a nice old style although everything worked great so it didn't have any of the disadvantages that old buildings sometimes have.
