Lake view Lovely breakfast Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent location opposite ferry terminal and around the corner from the main shopping street in Evian and all the restaurants. The friendliest most helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms and good value for money. Not luxurious yet very comfortable beds with good sheets. Breakfast was typically French/continental. Some good muesli or oats rather than super sweet cereals would be welcome as an Irish visitor. But plenty to eat all the same. Hotel restaurant looked very nice and was always busy but we never got the chance to eat there. Air con worked well to keep room cool at night.

Room and bathroom were on the small side and would benefit from more modern interior decor.

I cant imagine a better location in all of Evian Les Bains. I would book the same hotel again.

No lift No car parking - Booking.com says there is parking BUT it only street parking on a meter! Too expensive for quality & facilities offered and advertised on Booking.com!

Great location and staff.

Room smaller than on photo. No balcony as stated in description. Mattress too hard. Bad fixtures for shower which make it move completely to one the side of the shower.

Good to have a restaurant.

It was little unpleasant to have a phone call 20 minutes before checking out to let us know that we need to leave the room at this hour. We knew it when we arrived the person that was in the lobby already told us and it was written on a paper in the room and also in the lobby.

Give twin bed not double, weren't willing me to use toilet while waiting to check in, had to request ac control from reception (not already in the room), wouldn't allow late check out even though hotel was empty due to covid
