The staff was extremely attentive and kind during our five night stay in May. My husband accidentally bumped his head while entering the hotel through the
revolving glass door and immediately received first aid from the bar employees. Mar Aldasoro deserves recognition for her outstanding VIP service throughout our entire stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the the delicious food in the restaurant, in the lounge, and in our room! Many thanks to all the great employees of the Meliá Castilla!!
We enjoyed all aspects of the property.

Me encantó todo!!!. El hotel precioso, la habitación muy amplia, cómoda. Las camas y almohadas, maravillosas. El cuarto de baño espectacular. Todo perfecto!!
Por poner una pega, no todas las habitaciones tienen caja fuerte y eso es indispensable para los que vamos de fuera del país.

Está un poco lejos del centro, pero en un taxi llegas en 15 min.

We were upgraded to a better room without asking or being a regular client. This has been a very good marketing approach. The room was spacious, newly renovated with a fantastic huge comfortable bed. Bathrobes and slippers were available and towels not only daily changed but of very good thick quality. Breakfast was copious and good. Located a bit outside Madrid center but in a safe area with many restaurants around.
The cleaning was done daily but not spotless or precise. Coffee or water was not daily refilled.

Pool and location amazing and the hotel was perfect for a mixed group of ages and abilities.
Had to wait ages and ask several times for the extra bed to be put into our room. Finally arrived after we continually asked and one of the party wanted to go to bed. Drinks also expensive by the pool.

The room was stunning, and the added extras throughout the hotel was wonderful.
Everything was clean, and of a very high standard throughout.
The pool was closed, this was not communicated at the point of booking and payment, and was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel!
There was also no hair dryer in the room.

At the Pelican restaurant I had to ask for a revised bill once because the first one was inaccurate. Maybe they charged us more by mistake, I don't know...

The comfortable beds, well equiped bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, it was very peaceful.

This is an outstanding establishment very close to the Chamartín Train Station

The Level rooms are spacious and updated. The Level lounge is open all day until 11:00 pm and it is really well serviced.
In addition, the breakfast buffet is really excellent.
I have no complaints at all.
