Crew are very gently and helpful. They give the key of room earlier than noo, as we arrived quite earlier than entrance time.

Everything was good about the hotel

Very few cutlery and no cookware in a room, the stove had no handles to turn it on. After talk to receptionist they gave me a huge pot and sent a technician, who installed handles and left pliers in case handle detaches by itself when stove is on. One of receptionists Еnglish was pretty poor, so communication was possible only with translation software, but technician was good at it (I would expect it vice versa).

We always stay at this hotel when we stop at Alexandrapolis, it is ahuble hotel in the center of the city.

It was in a convenient location, not far from the seafront. We were able to get parking for our entire stay. The kitchen facility had the basics of what we needed. Air conditioning worked well in both rooms.

The lighting in the entry way worked sometimes and other times not so well.
