La amabilidad de los empleados. La tranquilidad de los bungalows
Tener que hacer el checkin en un frontdesk de otro complejo (al otro lado de la calle) distinto al que ibamos a residir. Tener que salir del complejo, cruzar una calle para entrar en otro complejo para poder hacer uso del comedor.
El primer dia reporte en la recepcion que la cisterna del inodoro se quedaba enganchada y no paraba de salir agua durante un largo periodo de tiempo o si accionaba el mecanismo unas cuantas veces hasta solucionarlo, al igual que el desague de la ducha estaba atascado y se llenaba de agua muy rapidamente, inundando todo el baño. No lo repararon durante toda la estancia

El trato del personal tanto de recepción como de bares hasta pasando por el equipo de limpieza, jardineros y socorrista.
Por poner una crítica, el agua de la piscina excesivamente caliente. Costaba sentir que te refrescabas cuando ibas a la piscina teniendo en cuenta el calor que hacía.

It is a lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly, the bungalows are clean and spacious, the pool is cleaned every day and is a good size. The cafe beside the pool has a good range of snacks and drinks, and the portion size of the snacks is very good value for money

The inclosed bungalows are within a really well kept lush surrounding.
Ours was a little tired but nothing to complain about.
Kids can’t have a ball or rubber ring in the pool but I think that is down to the pool area not turning into Armageddon

we arrived at 22:15 and rang the bell but no answer, a guest at the property was just coming in and told us we had to go to Green Golf to check in. the signs were in a difficult position to see as no outside light.
The pool area was difficult to get a bed as at 08:00 all were take up by towels.

Our 4th visit as this gorgeous, well maintained complex. Great bungalows with all that's needed for a self catering experience. However, this was our first time of having half board. This is taken at the Green Golf complex over the road. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent - lots of choices, beautifully presented and all very tasty. Now to loose some weight 😄

I had to overtake the check-out 1 day due to familiar reasons and they said that they can not to return the money because Booking doesn’t allow (but Booking precisely when I canceled Booking text me that the return depended on the Sandy Golf Bungalow).

Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Maid service everyday. The surroundings were lovely clean and well maintained. Not able to have a late check out as they were very busy however, courtesy room provided with shower facilities at no extra charge. A hidden gem.

Swimming pool was the best. Water nice and soo warm.
Lifeguard (male) was very attentive and friendly. looking after cleanness of the area.
Surroundings around bungalows very pretty with beautiful trees and flowers.
We didn't like the location.
It was in the middle of nowhere unless you have a car..
To the beach you need to walk good 30 min.
Not all the bungalows gets sun.
Our was close to the car park so a bit noisy also staff was always around our bungalow cutting the trees or pulling the big bins..
Also there is not much privacy as the bungalows are next and opposite each other..

really relaxing peaceful and great staff very friendly. I loved the layout, the pool was amazing the bar was great.

Spacious room, separate bedroom and lounge, kitchenette. Separate bungalow, quiet and private. Security gate to enter complex. Generally very clean. Outdoor patio area and washing line. Bus from the airport stops just around the corner. Free courtesy bus to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles a few times a day.
About 20-30 minutes walk to either Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles. A few cockroaches in kitchen (cockroaches everywhere in Gran Canaria, so it is what it is).

Having stayed at Sandy Golf several times before we knew we would enjoy the experience and we were not disappointed.
Sunbeds by the pool were " reserved " with towels permanently and quite often we were unable to get a sunbed. We feel that this should not be allowed by the management.

The pool is nice; the beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen, there was shampoo and kitchen sponge and soap,
Lack of hot tub. In the bedroom there are two single beds, while we would prefer double bed
