Great location, staff were extremely friendly and as we were staying for my brothers 17th birthday, they decorated the room, added cake and complimentary breakfast. The reception staff even called to see if the room was up to our standard. Couldn’t be more helpful on check in, would definitely stay again.

I was choked in my room with the bad smell of dampness. Room 706 has a seriously bad leak problem…. The smell of dampness would catch your breath. All my clothes stink of dampness. The bed was a double bed and I nearly fell out a few times during the night. Looked for a bigger room but unfortunately to no avail. I told Monica at the desk about the dampness and it didn’t seem to register with her. Have stayed twice in the millennium but it’s definitely my last ☹️

Location was excellent for BST in Hyde Park.

Bar prices were extortionate!

The property was perfectly situated for us as we were going to a concert at Hyde Park but outwith that we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar - the outdoor seating area is very nice, albeit quite small but was always got a table no problem. Breakfast had a great choice of food. The room was clean and just what we needed, the views were fabulous. The shopping in the area was very good, as were the restaurants and bars. Also Knightsbridge tube station is right at the end of the road so perfect for us when we were heading back to Heathrow.

Amazing location very close to everything, wonderful staff in the front desk diduide and yasmine and the two eygption guys were very very helpful and polite.

nothing - it’s dirty & the food was horrible & the manager + her assistant are fraud masters.

the property is very dirty, I have 5 videos showing dirty spots & left hair. I ordered food to the room & the food was horrible - everything is not well cooked ( I have videos for it ). the assistant manager told me that I have an offer that I can order free meal to the room & the next day when I was about to check out her manager told me that she is new and she does not know how to explain things to customers and that I have to pay full £44 to them even thought I thought it was a free meal given to me.

I have been coming here for 14 years , and everything is tired in the rooms we had a cracked sink stained carpets in the bedroom and stained floor tiles not good value for money
