Dining in bar

Breakfast poor and badly organised. Hot food was lukewarm and many items were hard and dry. Staff stood about instead of attending to guests, Staff stood in front of coffee machine. Layiout of food mixed up and unclear.

Goede locatie, bed prima, badkamer netjes maar afzuiging deed het niet. Restaurant goed.

Oud gebouw aan renovatie toe, lounge vloerbedekking vuil. Betaald parkeren op hun eigen terrein

The location was perfect for central Inverness. The rooms are clean and modern. Price was expensive but competitive given the time of year and prices at similar hotels.

Other areas of the hotel are looking a little tired/ in need of an upgrade. Car parking charges were expensive (£12 per 24hrs) and not clear at time of booking.

Very central location, large room and comfortable kitchen bed

The outside of the building looks very tired. Our room was facing to the river and was a little bit of road noise, however the city view would be noisy due to bars and restaurants. We had another couple complaining about the street noise

De accommodatie was niet schoon . Meubels op de kamer waren plakkerig en vies. Het meubilair in de eetzaal was zo versleten dat er stukken aan je broek zaten. Heb er foto’s van gemaakt, het was echt niet oké

Immerhin gab es Verständnis für unsere Reklamation und Frühstück kostenlos. Das entschädigt jedoch nicht die negativen Aspekte

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer lauten Partymeile mit Pubs, die bis 3 Uhr nachts laute (sehr laute) Partymusik gespielt haben. Zusätzlich hat das Hotel auch die Fenster an der oberen Ende mit irgendwelchen Devices zur Zwangsbelüftung ausgestattet, die dazu führen, dass die Fenster den Schall von der Straße überhaupt nicht reduzieren, siehe Foto. Es ist genauso wie schlafen mit offenen Fenstern und das bei einer Party mit vielen betrunken Menschen, lauter Musik und Motorgeräuschen. Die Nacht war ein Horror.. Vom Hotel angebotenen Ohrstöpsel werden euch nicht helfen. Dazu sind die Zimmer und das Interier schon längst veraltet und es mieft sehr unangenehm. Das alles gab es zum teuersten Preis, den wir in Schottland überhaupt zahlen mussten. Leider hatten wir keine Möglichkeit umzubuchen. Die Stadt war komplett ausgebucht.
