Great location and good sized room

Low water pressure in the shower and no toilet brush

We stayed in a twin double bed room. The room was spacious and able to fit a crib with ample space for us to lower/pickup our baby at night; the breakfast was outstanding - the spread and standard was ample. Staff was friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing actually. Everything worked well - shower worked well, room was always kept clean.

Location is perfect for those who need to attend to matters in the CBD.

Great location.

Too expensive for what you get. Horrid views. Used milk, surely for $264/night you could have an unopened milk! They ask for special request, yet when you fill it in they don’t even bother to make an effort so why bother asking in the first place.

The hotel had everything we needed and was in a good location. Our room was comfortable, and our window faced out over the city (not into the airshaft). People at the desk were nice. We used the free cat-buses to go to Kings Park (twice). Tour pick-ups were right in front of this hotel. We were a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and to the concert hall. There were many places to eat plus a convenience store and a Woolworth's Grocery nearby. We did not eat the hotel breakfast (ate granola in our room) but did enjoy our dinner at their restaurant one night. It was a short walk to the train to head to Fremantle or Cottesloe Beach. We used the laundry machines during both of our hotel stays which helped a lot because we traveled for almost a month with only airline carry-on bags.

Great central location, close to everything. Room was great, and huge bed! Buffet breakfast included is definitely a must, great selection. We also dined at Ivy & Jack for dinner, great service, would definitely book again.

The location was really great for access to train station to get to Optus stadium , room was very clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately we had loud people above us keeping us awake and waking us early , the aircon turned off during the evening making the room extremely uncomfortable until we could figure it out , the buffet breakfast we attended at 9 am and the food was cold . Unfortunately for the cost of the room I don’t feel the value was received

The location was very central to attractions & transport, our room was great and we added the breakfast option which was excellent. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Super well located, wheelchair friendly. We arrived near midnight, and it was a joy to be able to check in quickly and to be served by a super helpful staff with great vibes.

Everything was good. Very convenient position for our purposes.

Stayed a night as a stopover and the beds and rooms were comfortable. The location was fantastic too, and it was near a number of cafes and restaurants for a good meal before we continued on our journey. Friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay more enjoyable too.

There was some roadworks going on when we checked in, and the main road leading up to the hotel was closed. We called the reception, but the directions were not quite clear. After a few attempts, we found out that the only way in was to drive in the opposite direction through a one-way street (hence the unclear instructions). Understood that the hotel wasn't informed in the first place as well, hence there was no way to update us on this.

Location is central. Rooms were clean.

Check out is at 11. Requested late check as my flight was 5pm and I have a total of 5 kids and infants travelling together with me. However was told that the maximum they're able to accommodate is another 30minutes to 11.30am.

The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Good size for our family of 3 as the room has 2 twin beds which is good enough.

We checked in on Saturday and was on L2. The live band downstairs was playing all the way past 11plus and I cannot sleep!

Location wise is perfect for walk around to stroll around as it was just location at the center of the city.

Just sad that we was stayed during the weekend, so a lot of shop and cafe did not open as it was located in the CBD area.

Hotel conveniently located close to shops.

All floors accessible to those with cards regardless of the floor your room is at.
