Staff not helpful creatign a stressful atmosphere. It iwas the last free hotel available in the village, that should have made me think. Cannot recommend that, especially not for the premium price asked. I paid the price for two adults as shown by booking, they still tried to hit me with a supplement when arriving with only 1 adult and 1 child. I lost too much time off my vacation dealing with either unhelpful or possibly simply not competent front desk staff. When I book a good hotel I expect them to know how to make my life easier rather than harder during my vacation.

Beautiful and well kept property, comfortable room, relaxing spa and very professional staff. One of the best skiing holiday I ever had!

The hotel staff was super friendly and very accommodating. In compliance with Italian Covid rules, it's a served menu for breakfast. I did appreciate the selection and I really liked the decorations everywhere in the hotel. I also had dinner there - expect some refined dining.

I think that the wall-mounted fan maybe replaced with a real fan, as these underpowered devices are really getting outdated now. Also the tiny television can be a bit disturbing to some customers. Of course, using it actually is sustainable, as it's not broken yet. (From that perspective, I sincerely appreciate that.) However, given the price point of the room, it didn't conform with my expectations.

Excellent half board, high quality cuisine with very attentive staff.

In the summer it was hot, the amazing rushing of water from the river outside was noisy but too hot to close balcony window. Aircon would have been nice

The fact that I was unable to watch tv. As there was a column right in front of me.
