A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos são excelentes,tudo sempre bem arrumado e organizando adoramos os dias que passamos no hotel.

Quarto super limpo é organizado, café excelente, ar-condicionado inverter, frigobar ajudou bastante na hora de armazenar produtos de consumo.
Check in demorou uns 30:00 minutos pra liberar a entrada no quarto,faltou um pouco mais de iluminação no quarto.

Boa localização, estrutura antiga porém bem conservada, garagem ampla, coberta e segura.
Em tempo que utilizamos muitos equipamentos, faltam tomadas no quarto para carregar.

I thought I liked the price but one gets what one pays for. the place was very clean. the breakfast buffet was ok.

Very good breakfasts. Resting at the pool was a great option after the busy day.
The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, so the only way to get there is either by bus or Uber. The hotel room and a bathroom, although very clean, need a bit of “refreshing”.

Good value for money, the taxi to the falls are right next to the hotel.
We did not find the pool. The crew is friendly but conversation is only possible in Portugese. The hotel is a bit out of the city center, so we needed the taxi. A taxi return trip to the falls are around 50 USD.

The staff was exceptional and accomodating to all our needs. Truly we received 5-star service at such an affordable price! Breakfast was always good and fresh every morning.
Some rooms badly need maintenance as the hotel is rather old. Please check that air conditioners and light bulbs work before you place guests in rooms~
