Location

Be aware! Actually no air conditioning in the rooms (we had 2 rooms in both the same situation)! Centrally controlled from 9 in the morning to about 9 in the evening. But it's more of a very poor ventilation than an air conditioning. Nightmarishly hot (~30 degrees and very, very stuffy). No fans available at the reception (I bought from a nearby store). You can open window, but its even worse (hot & very noisy).Only wet towels helped a little, but this is not a solution! It is said in offer room with air conditioning, so it should be manually controlled! The staff was not able to do anything. I very rarely write reviews, but here I am exceptionally posting to warn future hotel guests.

A simple room, nothing fancy but had what was needed for short stay. Bed was comfy and a good size. Bar on site was a nice area to sit and have a drink and the complimentary nuts were a nice touch. Lovely bakery just a few minutes walk from hotel!

Having to basically pay for rooms twice is a big negative for me. If require a deposit it should just be a small amount ideally payable by cash on arrival and then given back on departure rather than hotel taking two payments and then guests having to wait on one payment being credited back onto their card at least a week after check out. Bathroom needed a more thorough clean, a lot of hairs around bath and sink area and the towels were too small. Location far from centre of Paris, easiest way to get to hotel was by taxi, not too expensive. If going to a PSG match as we did the location is good. A quick taxi journey to the stadium or could choose to get the train. It was difficult coming back though which was probably just the demand for taxis.

Actually very nice hotel . Open area. Nice staff . Clean rooms . Good size shower are . Very close to bus stop and train through which connect to all attractions This is my 6th visit to Paris . In previous visits I used to book hotel in city centre it was expensive and not good like this time my stay at your hotel . Thanks to everyone

everything. it was horrible from checking in to checking out. still not got my deposit of 150€ back. no hot water for me to even have a shower and fire alarm was going off at like 5am every morning. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Room is tiny, very noisy

the cleanness of the hotel, and the bed was very comfy. Only 5 min away form the train/metro. Very easy. The neighborhood was great. 2 of the staff members (a tall young male, and a blond young female) was very kind, and helpful.

some of the staff was very unpolite.. walked around as they didn't want to be there, and only waited to get off work.. talked to us only in France, and made us feel stupid, that we couldn't talk France.. <-- Sorry, but we expected a hotel.. international hotel, who could talk English with your guest. The rooms was very small, and they don't have Smart TV... so you can only watch France TV... Could have been nice with netflix, or at least some english tv.. Normally i would post pictures of my hotel room - like a small tour on my SoMe... But this was nothing to show.. the view from the 5th floor, was into a wall - another building :( The Window was leaking, so my husband needed to fix it with paper.. But it was still could in the room :(
