Toilet in room took a while to flush

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities.

The staff was very friendly and the room had everything we needed. The hotel is very well located since there is an underground station for the central line just around the corner. Next to the hotel you‘ll find a nice pub and on the other side of the street there‘s a supermarket.

The sanitary facilities in the bathroom are very old and the room is generally pretty old-fashioned. The breakfast buffet could be more extensive, for example with scrambled eggs or different types of bread. The hotel offers egg (and warm) dishes for breakfast, but they are not included and need to be paid separately.

Dinner good but limited if you liked pizza or curry you’re happy!

Very poor breakfast slow service I was the only person in and waited 20 mins for them to be hard yokes on a cold plate and no toast I left immediately YUK ! Filthy carpet in room 206. TV not logically tuned, awful shower no flexible hand head.

Great location beside South Ruislip Station. Clean. Nice staff, decent continental breakfast.

I booked breakfast included but only toast, jam and cereal are included. For full English you have to pay extra.

Location is next to South Ruislip Station, easy to get to Wembley Stadium.

Dirty bathroom which was disgusting, not what we were expecting. Old and dated. Unhelpful staff. Paid for parking, parking space got given away. No plug sockets near bed.

The shuttle provided from Heatrow to Hotel

Problems with sink and jack by the bed needed to connected my medical CPAP. Asked for repair, never solved. Breakfast Only one lift to be used by clients and personnel (resulting in long waitings)

1. No Free Parking 2. No eggs in breakfast 3. Bathroom accessories were rusty 4. Bot enough soap and shampoo in the bathroom 5. Should provide shut-off pipes in toilets. Not everyone prefers to use toilet paper nowadays 6. No tooth brush and tooth paste in the room

pick up from the airport was free and included in the stay pack as it was clearly mentioned when i booked this hotel but it was too rude refusal from the hotel when i contacted from the airport and asked for the pick up transport. i made a complaint against this Mis commitment to booking.com aswell but unfortunately still there is no satisfactory response from either side.

Location to the train and tube.

The hotel is very tired looking, room I stayed in was carpet frayed and stained, bathroom was very tired looking mould in the bath, shower curtain didn't fit, no plug for the sink, and beds were very uncomfortable.
