Located near Cruise Terminal. Only a $6 eur bus ride to the Royal Caribbean cruise terminal. Breakfast was outstanding! Good restaurants nearby. Awesome view of the beach and ocean.

The location was excellent. The staff quite helpful.
The bed was clean but very hard. I had difficulty sleeping as I had constant back ache. No porter service.

Location was good
I left important shaving kit with medications and hearing aids and went on cruise I called 3 times from ship and emailed hotel and no one could tell me if they were turned in. So I was worried about this while gone. I went back and they had saved it for me. Which was good. Mold in bathroom and not very clean.

The location was excellent ,room wasfine
Reception staff so unhelpful as to how to get to cruise ship. Refused to help people with enquiries and all they had to do was inform guests that there was a shuttle service from beside the train station to the cruise terminal for €6 per person. Great service. Apart from reception staff hotel was good

Across the street from the beach! And 2 blocks from the train station. Parking entrance on side street at rear of hotel. Breakfast buffet for 5€. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Also, many restaurants nearby - Turkish, Japanese all you can eat and of course Italian food.
The hotel is a little run down. The refrigerator in my room was not cold.
