This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. We received an upgrade & the room was fabulous. Receptionists & staff were so welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was lovely. It is very central. Highly recommend this hotel for a holiday or break away.

Excelente hotel. Un dos estrellas con calidad de un cuatro. Ropa de cama de primer nivel, habitación espaciosa, baño muy bueno, confortable, todo nuevo. Desayuno muy completo.

Really good location pretty much in the city center, very kind and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with everything you need for a night stay. It was my partners birthday (he was walking out with the bday balloons) when we were checking out and the receptionist had to catch us already on the street to give us a small gift from the hotel. It was very thoughtful and sweet of him.
The bed was really comfy but to our personal liking the pillows were way too stiff

A nice location, 10min walk from rail station. Plenty of food outlets nearby. Staff very Friendly and helpful - English not a problem. Could have stayed longer. Good WiFi.
View out the back wasn't great but you get what your pay. No English TV channels. Entrance location not all that obvious and twice walked right past it.

The location was perfect, near the amazing church and close to everything. Staff was absolutely amazing, was going extra mile for everything, even with not perfect English, you could see, they would try to exceed your expectations.

The hotel is very well placed for the station and is modern, well kept and very comfortable.
We couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioning so had quite a stuffy night.

It was wonderful, it was raining outside and it was still 2-3 hours before check-in, I went in to ask if I could leave my bag, but I was able to check in right away ahead of time. The room was very clean and nice. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Location was great. Everything was near. And staff were great also. The hotel was very clean. In the front of the hotel you can find a great Cafeteria. Prices wasn't so high.

This is an excellent mid range hotel, in a great position for day and nightlife in Vigo. The staff on reception are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are bright, fresh and spotlessly clean.

Couldn't control the temperature in the room - so was too hot and stuffy. Then when I went to get it sorted at reception it got too cool.
