Breakfast - good spread

I love hotel location in Seremban old town. Check in and check out was fuss free and we love all the front desk staff... friendly and helpful.... Wide breakfast buffet seleection and they always ask every diner before end of buffet... Room is superb!

The breakfast spread was quite ok but the taste is so so for 5 star hotel. Restaurant staff need extra training on gesture and courtesy. Limited parking, we got events on both night and the 2nd lower basement parking is quite dark and scary

The hot water was not working.. We checked in late 1130pm after a long tiring day, wanted to get nice hot shower before hit the bed, but unfortunately the hot water wasn't hot at all... Called in maintenance and he mentioned we had to let all water from all sources (sink, shower, bathtub) to run simultaneously in order for the hot water to work... I totally find it weird as I'm first time experiencing this method in an established hotel and so much water was wasted by letting it run.... We waited for almost 15 mins despite of using this method n yet no hot water... Had no choice to shower in cold n slept and next morning same thing happen as well... Very disappointing experience...

Breakfast = okay la.. normal Malaysian hotel breakfast. Rooms = King bed was comfy and big, room was very spacious, toilet water pressure very strong, ample parking.

Toilet = water pressure too strong at toilet seat, cannot adjust.. so be careful when you spray. Rooms = the walls are super thin. Can hear neighbours and passer-bys.
