Great room, amazing location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Very old TV and cheap DVD player with no access to online streaming apps, very minimal cleaning supplies to help accommodate keeping your room clean and tidy, designated smoking areas are poorly placed, nothing to keep the kids occupied (other than the pool) very minimal complimentary items in the room, very poor cooking utensils especially for a large room,, some windows unable to open.

Great units fully stocked with cleaning goods, cooking utensils etc. Well stocked china ware, D/W.Comfy beds. Great location with pool, and BBQ s ( fully stocked). Very close to beach. Plenty of space for kids to play on the grounds safely. Staff very helpful. On site laundry tennis court, and designated undercover parking spot

The rooms were large and very comfortable. We were able to relax by the pool, walk the beach, and get our laundry clean.

I loved how warm and inviting the entire apartment was! The bed was ridiculously comfortable and sleep inducing! Thank you so much for making my stay so comfortable!

There was nothing not to like! This will certainly be my halfway sleepover between the states henceforth!

Location to the beach

Beach was stones, no sand, was a bit far out of Coffs Harbour where we needed to be.

Exceeded expectations. Fantastic location stone's throw from the beach, but tucked away from the main roads so nice and quiet. Everything was super clean, the bed is very comfortable and we overall had a great stay and would definitely come back! Also the DVD library was a bonus on a rainy weekend.

The-only-thing-was-we-were-on-the-bottom-floor-and-there-were-a-famliy-on-the-top-floor-above-us-and-with-the-kids-running-around-it-was-a-little-noisy.
