Great location and the unit was a really good size.
The unit needs an update. It had an unpleasant smell. The air con didn’t work and the bathrooms had broken shower heads.

The location was the main attraction for this booking. It was ideal for our purposes.
I was a little disappointed with our room simply because I thought I'd booked a one bedroom apartment. I prefer to have a separate bedroom.

The location was wonderful. Within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, river front, RSL and coastal walks. The Red Wok Thai restaurant downstars was exceptional (dined there twice during our 7 night stay)
The kitchen was not very well equipped with basic needs. E.g. larger glasses for drinking water, small coffee cups etc.

we had no hot water for our evening shower. As it was weekend didn’t know who to contact. The front desk didn’t know about this issue.

The location is absolutley stunning.
The 3 bedroom unit was tired and rundown, and way too expensive for the condition it was in. The shower floors were dirty

Convenient location for shops, restaurants, pubs etc in central Ballina. Water front and bbqs/park just across the road.

Occasional noise from the dumpster trucks early morning from the back street.

It was a very spacious room, clean and well appointed
The vanity has no space for your toiletries.
A updated bedspread would make a significant difference to the appearance of the room.

We stayed here as it was close to the location of a friend's wedding we attended.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was near pubs and cafes.
We were expecting a Riverview from the balcony; instead, it overlooked the pool and car park.
We had to move the rug at the end of the bed as it was a trip hazard, and our room also did not have any drinking glasses that we could use.

Fantastic view of the river. Close to restaurants and shops. Delightful walk along the river boardwalk. Quiet location and great staff.
The pool was closed at 6.15 pm when it was advertised to be open until 8 pm
