The house was a great family house. There needs to be some deep cleaning, regular maintenance and touch up. Rug in living room is a trip hazard. The place needs sime attention but was otherwise a good stay.

We had 8 college friends at the house and everyone had their own beds and there were adequate bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out and the location was great. Had a couple issues - washer didn't work and lots of old and rusty showerheads/bathroom hardware that were tough to navigate - but it suited our needs for the weekend.

Had friends together for a small golf trip. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood. Pleased with property and flexibility.

I would love to give a great review but I have to be honest. This house while it is perfect for a big group and has a great layout, it cannot handle a big group. The plumbing is the worst I’ve experienced l. It was 11 girls using to two toilets because the others would break and we couldn’t use it. The house is crumbling you can see they don’t take care of it at all. Such a shame bc it really is a great house and great location.

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette and loved the home. There are a good amount of bedrooms and we loved that we didn’t need to have people crammed into bunk beds. The main seating area is large and perfect for gathering to chat. The only downside is we didn’t use the pool because it was super buggy outside but that is standard in the south!

The house was the perfect home base for our group of seven women (originally booked for eight, but one couldn't come). We stayed for four nights. The house was spacious and comfy. We had a few issues (one toilet running, broken coffeemaker, and no ice trays or icemaker), but the property manager quickly addressed the issues the morning following our check-in. I would recommend this house to other groups coming for a visit in Austin.

The house was in a good location for what we were doing and there was definitely enough space for our party however, we had cold showers the entire weekend. There was only 1 bathroom that would get warm water and with 14 girls it just was not practical. That would be our only complaint.

This property is in a beautiful part of Austin near the lake (river). You'll have close proximity to Red Bud Isle as well as practical amenities like grocery, gas, food, etc. It's spacious with ample room in the kitchen, dining, and family rooms for gathering. The pool is long and narrow with shade in the evenings. It's an older home, perhaps built in the 70s but the owners have done well to keep up on cosmetic updates. Your large family or group of friends will love to stay here!

You could tell this property was made specifically for VRBO, it had spacious rooms, lots of beds, so many mirrors and the perfect little outdoor area with a pool, we had 10 girls stay and could not say better things about this house!

We had a group of 10 ladies get together for a weekend and this house was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of beds. The pool was great for hanging out during the day and the location was convenient and we felt very safe!!

The house was very nice, looked pretty much like listed. The major downfall for us was the AC, the master and bedroom next to master barely get AC, with being in texas and over 100 degree weather this is crazy. Its a very nice house (in a very expensive neighboorhood) to not have proper AC in all the rooms. The 2 rooms on the other side of the house were fine as well as the room upstairs got very cold. When we got to the house master room and room next to it had standing fans in there so that should have tipped us off. The agent I texted only offered closing vents in kitchen to help “direct” air to master. It didnt work. Other than this major flaw, house was ok.. there are no pictures of it but to go upstairs its one of those spiraly staircases which could be a problem with small kids. The deck outside also had holes and uneven planks poking out. The driveway is ontop of a hill so you cant see cars coming from left, just have to cross your fingers and go. House was clean, master bedroom bathrooms need updating had a moldy smell probably from lack of air. My family liked the house and the pool (which isnt too deep my 8yr old could stand up in there)

Great location
We had some issues but the manager was right on it. There were bug issues that they tried to rectify…unfortunately I guess that’s Austin. The dishwasher is not the greatest so we arrived to dirty dishes in the cupboards. They did send a cleaning crew out. Pool is nice but the bbq was rusty and unusable and the AC is not the greatest. Would be a nice place in the colder months.

Worked nicely for my bachelorette weekend
The house was great for my group of 9 girls for my bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, the kitchen and dining/living space was great for a larger group to sit together, and it was nice having the pool outside for the hot Austin summer temps. Based on some other reviews I read before booking this property, I would agree that the house could use some TLC to fix paint/holes, repair sliding door, fix faucet in master bathroom, etc. There was some construction next door, but the noise was not too loud. Some of the trees/shrubs at the end of the driveway should also be trimmed back; it was VERY hard to see if it was safe getting out of the driveway as the house it at the top of a small hill and the trees blocked most of the view. Overall, though, the house served it's purpose and we all enjoyed our stay!

Austin Weekend
We had a group of 10 people for a bachelorette weekend. The house was more than enough space for everyone which was great. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The property can use a bit of upkeep ie windows are a little dirty, curtains rod hanging off the wall, there are large potted plants by the pool which would be very pretty but are completely dried up and dead. Seems like pretty easy fixes that are just overlooked. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the house. I even found a large water bug in the bathroom which I’m not sure they could have done anything about. The Renters Club was very responsive I have zero complaints about them. The house just needs a little TLC. With that said we still had a great time.

The dirt” on Modern Elegance
At one time, I imagine this house was considered both modern and elegant. Yes, it is a great set up for a large group or family with large refrigerator, two stoves and somewhat well equipped kitchen. There is lots of room to spread out. Only complaints were that the numerous windows, which provide lots of natural light, look like they haven’t been cleaned in recent history and floors in kitchen and main living areas were really dirty.

Austin Halloween get away
Wow! Is what I said as soon as I walked into the house. This place was amazing to say the least. The rooms were big, the house was very spacious, the host was fast in responding. My friends and I had an unforgettable time in Austin. If you are looking for a big house to make your guest feel at home this is it.

Hidden Oasis
The house is great! Fits alot of people given most rooms have two beds in them, and the out door area is really nice to cook out and relax. The pool is small but its all you need, make sure its not freezing however as it is in the shade most of the day. Overall the house is great! Great neighborhood and quick access to the city

Great Set-up for Girls' Trip!
Overall impression of the property was pretty great. Plenty of space, gathering areas, beds, and bathrooms. Location and decor were beautiful. It was the easiest check- in check-out process of any rental we've ever used. I would've given 5 stars but for some of the parts of the house that need updating (old door leading to one wing, stained curtains, no Netflix in living room to watch movies, and pool is way smaller in person than it appears in listing). All in all it was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and we supremely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home for a Large Group!
We had an incredible few days away. The house was absolutely beautiful and WAY bigger than we anticipated. The pool and patio were a total necessity, and the amazingly comfortable beds and ample cooking supplies were a big plus. The property manager sent a welcoming message and sounded very kind. The pool net was broken and I let him know, and within a few hours a pool guy came to clean it for us. Unfortunately, though, when I asked a second question I was ignored (the question, by the way, was where the switch to the pool light is. The patio area is incredibly dark at night, and we saw a lightbulb in the pool but no way to turn it on, all weekend long - so frustrating!). Another thing worth mentioning is that some of the bedrooms got very hot at night; but the location, the cleanliness, everything else was absolutely amazing. Oh, and bring bug spray!
