the outside of the apartment was not very clean, there was rubbish on the stairs that was there on the day of our arrival and still there when we left.

The property was ideally located . Loved the Beach and the after dinner ice-creams

Great location near the beach, heated pool, nice modern apartments.

No air conditioning, v basic TV and no entertainment, no oven or grill, no bar onsite, lacked a little atmosphere. Benodet is a beautiful resort but not enough choice of restaurants, and a poor second to st.marine for an early evening drink by the marina.

Initial apartment had no internet. Had to say we would not stay there and refund would be required. Moved to a better apartment with internet

Generally clean and excellent location.

Bedroom and main bathroom very cramped (sink in main bathroom is un-necessarily large). Very limited time windows for check in and check out compared to other places we have stayed. Furniture is a bit bland and cheap feeling. A bit lacking in character and finer touches inside the apartment. No salt, pepper or cooking oil provided compared to other accommodation. No oven (only microwave).

Good location for beach and town

Location was excellent just a few minutes walk to beach and bars/restaurants.

Not a lift on every block.
