Very nice property. Room was large, clean, and comfortable.

The restaurant has good dishes and is reasonably priced, the living area in the apartment was well equipped and spacious

The pool was nice but far too cold for a baby

Location is very good, Kurpark just spread outside of the hotel fences. For a morning walk is just perfect!

Breakfast. We had 2 days where the croissants and other cookies were finished with more then 1h before closing. Also as a family hotel is missing from breakfast the Würstchen loved by kids and beside one sort of cornflakes were only Müsli that kids do not like much. Bedroom from apartments is to small, why such big massive wardrobe has to be in too, don’t know. There is bearly space to move around. The size living room and bathroom is ok, though the furniture is kind of old. The hotel needs new refurbishment. Also is great that is a swimming pool but the water for kids is just to cold.

the location is great!!! close to a nice park , to the center and to supermarkets the staff was really helpful. the heating system was not working when we arrived and the guy came immediately to repair it although was 19,30 .

nice location, just in front of a bus station, easy to go somewhere else, like the ski range nice facilities, swim pool, table tinnes, billiards, washing & dry machine

Nice rooms, with all things you need . Nice breakfast . Fantastic swimming pool. Beautiful place to be in. Excellent facilities like kids playroom and games room. Fresh air. Parking. Close to groceries and restaurants. Beautiful place to stay in the Harz mountains.

Breakfast could have been bit more expansive

The hotel is well situated in the city with a nice parking garage. The breakfast is very good with scrampled eggs, bacon etc. Our boys enjoyed the pool which was nice and clean.
