loved the unexpected charming decor and vibe, breakfast was great value for money and overall a great place.

Beautifully oldworld decorated, warm, comfortable. Guest amenities great and homebaked cookies a nice touch. Delicious breakfast. Cute gardens and friendly hosts. Walking distance to village.

I think the carpets had been wet-vac’d before our stay (carpet was super clean), and there was a bit of a chemical smell remaining from it the first day there.

Fantastic breakfast included in our mid-week stay for two nights. We love the location and ate at local restaurants for dinner. Our room was lovely with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of room for our short stay. A couple of really comfortable and warm sitting rooms with televisions for guests to use. Friendly hosts. Great value accommodation in Bundanoon.

Tim & Lucie were so welcoming & friendly. The atmosphere of this grand old guesthouse was wonderful. We were warm & comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, 'continental' as I've never seen it, delicious!

The overall setting, proximity to the town centre, the friendlly hosts and the breakfast as well as the bar area with open log fire.
The location of the room just set behind the office area and across the road from the railway line and road. The walls are not thick and the noise of the train, cars passing regularly (and at all hours) and guests checking in and out could clearly be heard. Would recommend asking for a room nearer the back of the facility..
