The reception and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and friendly. The staffs at the cafe which serve the breakfast were extremely accommodative and provide superb service.
The mattress should be firmer

We had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a river view room, it was beautiful! The location was great, and the restaurant on the boardwalk was an excellent location for dinner.

We liked the view from our room on the river and the very huge and spacious room (we got a free room upgrade, which was very appreciated). We appreciated a lot also how clean the room was!
The location was nice for night walks or morning swims, but it's quite inconvenient if you want to use the metro. Plus there is not much except the river and the park around it.

The check in process was long, also the room bathroom door was broken, I was stuck inside the bathroom door and had to call for help to open the door.
the elevator only allowed me to go on my floor, i could not visit my colleagues in their room.

Breakfast was good and overall cleanliness ok. Good for a stay of a few days. A shop and bar/restaurant is conviniently located just next to the hotel. The hill and park surrounding the TV tower next to the hotel are nice for taking a walk.
You can see that the hotel is around for some time. The furniture is a bit worn off. Also the smell indicates that all rooms have been smoking room at one point.

The staff were great and spoke some English (at least one of them did). Also, the Lakeview room I had was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is Chinese food and there are some waffles for those westerners reading this.
I love taking the subway in China, but the hotel is near the river away from any stations. However, calling a Didi (Chinese Uber) is easy and they are readily available near the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing staff at the reception. Fast check in and check out. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location. I would definitely choose this hotel for the next visit to Wuhan.

Really nice view of the river from the hotel but not much to do within close walking distance, the bridge by the hotel is a nice walk to Hubu Alley and Yellow Crane tower (but not a short walk). Hotel breakfast is really tasty, fresh and lots of selection. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Not a very lively location, but the staff and hotel are still nice.

The breakfast was very extensive. The light show on the buildings across the river at night was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
While the breakfast buffet is extensive with many, many options, it would have been nice if there were a few western options such as waffles and maple syrup or pancakes and maple syrup or scrambled eggs and toast or bagles and cream cheese.
