communication was difficult with the receptionist but we don't know Spanish (so mostly our fault!) room wasn't soundproof at all, could hear coughing and tv below. bedding was stained.

The room ang and pathway has bad smell. Too hot inside the room ,the bathroom door is broken.... the only good thing there is therea a towel clean and toiletries

Location is great and the man who stayed in the reception is much more sympatic than the woman who recieved us upon arrival and during check -out

Location is near bus station (3 min) and city centre (5 min), that is highlight of this accomodation. Budget room with bathroom is ideal for one/two days while exploring area with buses.

Location was great. Big room, loved the small bathtub/shower. Tv good.Simeime always at front desk, very good, and they do their jobs. Fan worked well.

The only thing that I would suggest would be to get AC in the rooms.

It was really basic nothing was special. Hotel staff was kind even I arrived late night.

The bathroom was not clean especially at this hotel. Don't expect something very clean from this property...

I liked that the bathroom was in my room. The staff were very helpful. Multiple blankets available.

I struggle with stairs but that's not necessarily something that is fixable. The room could use a makeover. Maybe a paint job?

I checked the reviews on this Pension, but I chose to go ahead with the booking because everyone said it is so close to bus/train stations and all essential amenities. Also, easy to get to Gibraltar on the bus. All correct. I will tell you about the positives: all staff extremely helpful and happy and kind. Fluffy, thick white towels, one bath and one hand towel. Spotlessly clean. Bed reasonably comfortable - adequate. Great place for a couple of nights. I arrived well before check in, and was shown to my room immediately. Angela carried my suitcase upstairs I have no hesitation in recommending this Pension. Basic but clean, and great staff.

Other reviews will give you this. The Pension served my purpose, so nothing more to add.

Very central and great value for money

IT WAS NOTHING TO LIKE ON THIS PLACE. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN. MY FULL REVIEW IS ON GOOGLE MAPS.

The TV with a high sound until 1am. It is NOT possible to let a TV with such an high volume.

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was very nice. Room was clean.

The area is super dodgy. Just groups of young men hanging around. Hardly any women at all on the street when we were walking at night, supposedly because it is not very safe.

Very good value for your money! Clean, quiet and good placed

Center of port, rough area, typical port location. Staff superb, room clean but a little dark. Local bar 20 meters away. Great "bolthole" if you are in the area, after dark I locked myself in the room ... but the staff were really great. Lots of places for breakfast nearby.

The hotel is close to the train and the bus station, there are stores and fast foods / restaurants around. The hotel and everything inside it are very old, but functional. The staff is nice, even though they don't speak much English. If you are on a budget, it is an acceptable accomodation option.
