Beautiful caldera view and we have a big courtyard nice for 3. Room is simple and basic, they kept clean everyday. Staff is very helpful with information needed. They have a private parking just opposite the hotel. Hotel location is near the end of the driving street, making it easy to move luggage to the hotel. They have portal service to help with the luggage

Kitchen facilities is lacking. You won’t be able to do any simple cooking if you want. It’s ok if you eat out

Room was lovely and spacious with a fabulous terrace and views. Breakfast was excellent and the pool area superb. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay memorable and truly make the place. The short walk to Oia means the location is superb. Would return

Excellent accommodation and what a view! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and we loved our terrace. Good location; close to shops, restaurants and the best sunset spot! Pool facilities are excellent also.

Our only criticism of the accommodation is the kitchen facility. The coffee/tea making facilities, crockery etc are a bit limited.

The view and the room were really nice

The staff seemed disingenuous. We had stayed in Paros and Milos prior to our stay in Santorini, and the hospitality was much much nicer on a personal level.

the location is very good, it is opposite bus station and on street level. This means no long walk with luggage up/downstairs. The rooms are decent.

Cheap details spoil impression. The kettle, iron, hairdryer are VERY cheap. We asked to change the kettle because it was not turning off automatically (fire hazard), but nothing happened. For the price you pay, I would also expect at least few teabags in the room. Most of the budget hotels provide better accessories.

The gentleman who assisted with carrying our bags he was awesome! He returned back upstairs to help me down to room as I injured my knee and could barely walk.

Everything else including the extremely steep decrepit stairs and too small room. Thank goodness we were only using facility for one night. They couldn't even provide me with ice for my injured knee nor water. Breakfast was so very limited that we just skipped it and went elsewhere to dine. The bathroom mirror was oddly positioned not good for visual. The decor of the room wasn't appealing extremely outdated and tacky. Bed comfort poor as it felt like we were sleeping on a slab of hard cement. We stayed at Canaves Luxury suites the day before, and this place couldn't compare whatsoever! We went from luxury to horrible with this place. I definitely would not recommend this cheap motel style to anyone if your staying in Santorini. That is unless your on an extreme budget or there isn't availability elsewhere.

We wanted a room for five. Unfortunately we had to book another room to accommodate our family. Our stay was fantastic though.

The views from the property are spectacular, and it is sheltered from the prevailing wind, which hung around for three days. We also loved that our room had its own pool and private space for enjoying the sun. The location is perfect - close to the main pedestrian street, without being inconvenienced or overwhelmed by the hoards of people.

Our only criticism is the hair-dryers. We expected better quality than what was provided.
