This place was absolutely perfect for our family (2 kids aged 4 and 7 months). Centrally located with under a minute to Hastings street, the beach and the National park, it made life easy. Despite being on the street you could barely hear the road traffic. Rooms were modern and clean. The layout of the apartment was great, with two ensuites off each room, and blackout blinds on the main bedroom (which was perfect with bubs). We had friends stay at French Quarter and the Sebel and their apartments were tiny compared to ours. We ended up having family dinners at ours with everyone, because we had the biggest kitchen/lounge. The pool is heated and around a metre deep, so it suited our four year old. If you’ve got older teens it might not be great for them, but then the beach is so close. We’d definitely go back here, and recommend it to other families.

We had a ground floor unit outside the pool and the blinds in the kids room were very average and let a lot of the light in. It was also bright in the lounge at night. But honestly, they’re nitpicks. Oh, will also mention that the car park has a low entry, so we had to take our roof racks off to get in.

Very noisy room ... street noise & bats in trees all night ... thought I must have left windows open but they weren't ... noise just came straight through. :-(

If walking out directly on to Hastings Street is your fancy, then the Ocean Breeze Resort may be to your liking. For our family stay we enjoyed a spacious three bedroom suite which included multiple bathrooms, a laundry and small kitchen. The accommodations are well suited but its the location of this place that really shines. Located just a stones throw from Main Beach, you will have plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner dining options, as well as being able to enjoy everything else that Noosa has to offer on foot. Take a stroll in the national parks or give the credit card a workout at many of the various designer shops.

The accommodation was basic but still well catered for. Some blackout blinds would help with jetlag and a morning sleep in.

Excellent cleanliness, space, location and facilities in general. Heated pool was a bonus for the kids. Really nice with body boards and other beach toys to borrow. Good washing machine, dryer and could dry washing on one of the two balconies.

Maintenance was lacking behind a bit, which is a shame given the amazing location and premium pricing (rust, limescale and mold in corners of bathrooms)

the one bedroom and en-suite bathroom were far too small, no windows to open and the bed uncomfortable. the tiny bathroom also served as the laundry.

This accommodation always lives up to expectations! We always stay here when in Noosa. The apartment was newly renovated and extremely comfortable for a family of 5 (3 teenagers)

Great size place to stay in, kitchen awesome and bed awesome. Car parking great to have.

Shared out door not so good but wasn’t using it anyway, there were ants in the sink when I arrived but sprayed the sink with cleaner and didn’t see them again for the 5 days. Bit of noise carries through the ceiling but nothing to wake you up or anything, just some stomping on the floor by the sound of it. Lack of elevator would be painful if you have baggage.

Fabulous location Staff were lovely and helpful. Apartment was nice and spacious for four.

I didn’t realise when I booked that the second bedroom would have 2 single beds. There was a rusty soap holder in the shower which was a bit ugly. When you book an apartment for a week I think we should be supplied with sufficient toilet paper/dishwasher tablets etc to last a week.

The room was clean with all the appropriate amenities in there for our family. Enjoyed the pool. Property was well located and we had easy access to the shops and restaurants.

Wonderful location, central to restaurants and Noosa beach. Our room was very spacious and had every amenity you would require.

No elevator which meant we had to carry our luggage up 67 stairs. Our room also wasn't very clean, it had hair on the carpet from previous guests when we arrived and ants everywhere. Every morning we had more and more ants in the bathroom, kitchen etc.
