We loved everything about this place. The property is beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with an excellent shower. The restaurant on the property was outstanding!! Breakfast was large and delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They even sent out for an item from a pharmacy that we needed urgently! This was our favorite hotel in Ecuador.

The property is not in walking distance of town, but taxis were plentiful, cheap, and readily available.

Its a fantastic place near by the Chimborazo Volcano and horse riding trip to hacienda cubillin i can only congratulate because its an awesome experience! The hotel and its staff excellent! Even when an event was going on at the weekend the volume was shut down at 19:00 great! Fireplaces in the rooms made our day when we came back from the horse riding tour i really recommend!!!! We will come back!!!! Great Spot!!!!!

Well nothing that the well qualified staff could not handle. Events where going on for a short couples of hours and the music shut down at 19:00

Wifi not great inside rooms

breakfast was very good. the service at the time of eating was a little bit late. and the food was just ok. the place is really nice, and the staff also very nice. rooms were excellent, buy since its very cold, some days at the time of taking a shower I guees to many people were having a bath at the same time so the hot water didnt work.

I was especting more of the restaurant. they have a pretty good menu, extended and it sounded very good, but it was at most a 7/10. dessert was really good.
