We made some of our own meals. The apartment was clean and very well fitted out for a long stay with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Richard was most helpful with anything we asked him for. Great Bar-b-que area.
Restaurant at hotel next door was very good.
A couple more start up items would have been good.

The location and facilities offered. Easy access to patrolled beach, great pool and tennis court. Playground right in front too. Cafe etc just across the road.
Ensuite needs towel rails or a towel rack in the bedroom. Bathrooms could have shelf for soap etc. Otherwise apartment was very well furnished and kitchen facilities are excellent.

The accomodation was beautifully positioned. We had an amazing view from our bedrooms and living areas. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Check in and parking was easy. Facilities also looked great however the weather wasn't favourable so we didn't get ti use them this visit.

Had a family event which was 2mins away from San Merino by the sea. Location was great, right next to the beach and there were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat across the road, not to mention there’s a pub next door. Staff were a pleasure to deal with, weather was not the best on arrival but it did clear up and views of the beach were picture perfect. Would highly recommend for a family getaway. Big shout out to Richard and Leith, thanks guys.
Other than the elevator being a little dodgy, have no complaints.

Firstly, the welcome from Richard - so thorough with the information he provided.
Then there was the apartment itself - top floor, stunning views, huge, comfortable, modern, clean - just fabulous in every way. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable too; and the leather couches - once you sit/lie - it's hard to get off - they were amazing.
I will definitely book here again, as it has everything we could ever need, and shops, restaurants and beach within 2-5 min walk.
Thank you Richard for allowing us to stay in your fabulous apartment and making us feel so welcome.
