Only location

We got a room with a huge mold on bathroom ceiling 🤯 the air conditioner was very old and wrapped on all sides and to the wall with adhesive tape. We went to reception and asked for another room, they “very surprised” about this issue and gave us a new room without discussion. The new room was better, but with a very old plumbing: the bathroom was bad, the shower flowed only on one side with a large pressure, the faucet was leaking and the floor was flooded with water. The breakfast was also bad. The staff is not really friendly: they didn’t get any introduction, no WiFi password, no breakfast time was told. Bad experience.

1st of all, the bed sheets had yellow/ black stains on them. the pillow cases were yellow and made me itch as soon as I saw them. i had to buy my own pillow cases to use them. the pillow sheets also had blood stains on them. i did not take photos of anything as I felt this would be embarrassing for the hotels image. the tap in the bathroom and the toilet was leaking water and caused a hazard for us as it formed puddles. 2nd of all, the staff were not friendly at all. they didn’t even explain the times they offered breakfast nor did they explain the use of any of their facilities. many of our other hotels explained everything to us and guided us through their hotel to show us what was located where. 3rd of all, the people staying in the hotel were disgusting and did not understand and care about people sleeping. they would bang on their hotel doors like they are about to barge in and form a robbery. this happened constantly whether it was during the day or 3am. overall I do not recommend this hotel if you are after clean and, quiet hotel room and friendly staff.

The staff was accommodating, good location – close to the beach, with silent streets.

Small room for three people. And we had to remember about the cot we requested. Difficult to find a parking spot. Don't receive payments by MIR cards.

The location is fantastic for the beach and restaurants. Lovely & clean, good breakfast and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Basic but clean, had everything you would need. Location was excellent didn’t need to use a taxi the whole holiday. Staff were lovely especially the cleaning staff

More eating & drinking choice.

The staff are amazing, so helpful & friendly. Lots of people here have been coming back for many years. Rooms are cleaned daily & towels changed daily. Turkish breakfast is included but cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge. This is a great location but is quiet at night.

Its a shame the lobby bar area is not manned in the evenings with a bit of light music, you have to find someone to serve you.

The hotel was very cheap and situated very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly. The room and the balcony were very spacious.

The breakfast vas very limited (but I think that was due to Covid). The pool was ice cold and the cleaning in bathroom was limited during my stay.

The location is perfect. Also the staff of the hotel is very friendly

We stay in recently renovated room.very clean hotel,rooms too,a good breakfast ,very cheap,near the altinkum beach,restaurant and shops.

End of season, hotel wasn’t really open, no one came to clean the room while we were there, disappointing

Breakfast is very good: good choice and delicious. Location is wonderful: 5-minute (maybe less) walk to the beach. Lots of towels and fridge in the room. Room is big and clean. Railing for drying clothes is available on the balcony.

Internet does not work in the far away from elevator rooms - had to go down to lobby for internet.

We always had clean towels and bedding so overall very happy and will be back next year and stay again.

Wardrobe door fell off, bathroom could have been cleaner especially toilet.
