Once arrived the hotel, I was in doubt after looking at the lobby, it was dark and hot. But once we come to our rooms it was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and have a good variety. Manager Ayas, was very cooperative and he also arranged a van in which we explored different cities. The driver "Alirza" he provided was very kind and friendly. It was a great stay.

Only one lift so quite wait is there. Room cleaning never been good, no tea, coffee.

I loved the staff especially Ayaz, Kamran, Gulsabah and Semistan at the reception.I enjoyed the fact that thee were always willing to assist especially with Taxis(language issue) and give recommendations of where to visit.
Ceyhun at the 7sky restaurant was also amazing in all my requests including room food delivery.
Most of the taxi men seen to get lost and always went to a different hotel that was in the same vicinity .It always required me to call someone at the hotel to guide them accordingly.

Nice, spacious and clean room and very helpful staff.
No lights in the lobby at night. The hotel looked dark and grim as we arrived late. Small elevator. No main access for prams, luggage etc. had to be carried up and down the main steps.

The location was good
The kettle was very dirty, also everyday cleaning wasnt done properly they didnt replace new bathrobes with the old ine also didnt keep tea bags,coffee and water back again. You have to ask for iron again and again. Break fast was okaish could have been more better with more variety of food.

The only thing we liked was the availability of 3 beds in the room, the value for money as this hotel was offering free breakfast with the rooms. Also, the bathroom was quite huge in space and was clean, too.
The courtesy from the staff was good too.
The cleanliness in the room and the bed itself was not very clean.
The housekeeping took too much time to bring the kettle, iron, cups etc. When called for.
The bed was not made properly, instead the blanket was just thrown onto the bed.
Also, there is no option to switch on the Air Conditioner, only heater can be used.

The hotel was just great disappointment. As you can see in the picture it was so difficult to get to the reception with even small suitcase. Hardly I could get to the reception. It was too noisy. When I got in the room the other disappointment was waiting for me. There wasn’t towel for face and for feet. There wasn’t toilet paper at all. No water to drink no tea or coffee either. None of the channels on the tv were working. When I asked the receptionist about it his answer was “I don't know why but it is not working” by the way there is no phone in the room too. To contact a receptionist you need to go to the reception. Shortly the hotel doesn't worth staying in.
