The room looked OK but the bathroom needed plumbing maintenance and had a smell of urine in the shower. The bedsheets were damp and this made sleep unpleasant. Had it not been late and after a long journey I would have insisted on a room change. We stayed in this hotel 18 months ago and during this time it seems there has been little or no maintenance and in my opinion is nolonger a quality hotel. Staff also require training in customer service.

Beautiful property in a nice, central area of the city. The staff was incredible and super helpful as well. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great experience, roooms were spacious, staff was very supportive, early check in available upon request and availability, buffet breakfast with lots of options to choose from.

Hard to find.

Bed was so uncomfortable, springs were coming out. Breakfast was depressing it should be improved

Excellent Location, Clean and fantastic food.

I give bathroom 6 out of 10 and can be cleaned more. The water hardening marks on pots and bath area should be cleaned well . Also why no one cleans area below Bed . There is lot of dust and some water bottles are also there . Plz fix these two things and this hotel is a 5 star

The hotel was surprisingly very nice, and the food here was amazing. Didn’t expect this at all, had a much better stay than expected.
