Great location, loved the large balcony with view of the beach. Good value for money too. Staff helpfully arranged an early morning taxi for us to the airport when we checked in.

Room was not clean, we found a lot of hair in bed sheets, spitting from the nose in the bathroom on the wall, shower battery was rotten, on balcony you have AC and heater also rotten, it was very bad smell from the bathroom we had to close the door. For this price, place is horrible. It is not one*, it's very dirty place. Room was booked as Deluxe room🤦‍♀️

I love the girls at recepcion, they are really helpfull and nice, friendly. I hope to see them soon as is it possible. Thank you soooo much for everything.

Right at the beach, friendly staff

The hotel is unexpectedly loud! It is because of the rooftop bar on top of the hotel, that doesn't have separate entry from the entry to hotel rooms. If you wish to stay in party hotel, dormitory vibe, with very loud people having party on the rooftop of the hotel until 2 AM (then staying even by your door while screaming), then its perfect spot for you. Otherwise go to some other place.

The hotel was quick to accept our reservation following an error with the previous hotel. Relatively small hotel in an off-shore site of Palma Mallorca, but for the price and being right on the beach, it was a pretty decent budget-based hotel within a stones throw (literally) to the beach and many bars/restaurants overlooking the bay.

The only dislikes were parking and distance to downtown Palma Mallorca. Parking is extremely tight and difficult in this area and it required a decent walk from at least 3-7 blocks away (depending on what was open). We probably spent more time walking to/from the car and finding parking than anything. Obviously, this is not something the hotel can control and by no means is a fault of theirs. Just something to consider, or consider doing a moped/scooter-style rental (provided that your various plans/destinations are able to be reached by using this and no autobahn driving is required).

Hotel was in a great location, right on the beach with a number of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Room was very basic but it was expected given the price. Beds were comfortable and side view of ocean from was great. Staff were very friendly and happy to help out and always responded to our messages quickly when not at reception.

Shower didn’t drain properly so we had to have very short showers (2-3min) or turn water off mid way to allow water to drain. A mini bar/fridge would have been nice as we had to be back in hotel by 11pm due to covid restrictions, however, the problem was easily we were able to purchase a cooler box and ice from minimart around the corner.

Price was one of the cheaper accommodation we could find.

The location was far from Palma and felt a bit unsafe at night, nothing was really open around the hotel - only a Burger King. The hotel had a very strange vibe to it, but it was fine if you’re looking for a cheap place.

The location was right at the beach but also only 10 min away from the airport. So it made the perfect overnight spot for our last night. The street parking is for free and when we where there most hotels and all bars were closed due to covid so finding a spot was no issue at all. The hotel itself is what you can expect of a three start hotel. Everything was spotless clean, but Be prepared for a bathroom and furniture that have seen several years already. But everything worked and was clean. The communication with the lady from the hotel was easy via WhatsApp. She answered fast and was super friendly.

The aircon has the fan outside on your balcony. When our neighbor was in his room and had it on, it was a disturbing noise and sitting outside was not a pleasure anymore. A Glas would have been nice, as there was not restaurant open and we could only sit on our Blcony in the evening.
