Location was spot on for what I needed.

Was a bit confused with the parking, someone else was parked in my number spot so I had to park in someone else’s spot. A note about that you park anywhere you like would have been nice.

Was clean, comfortable and convenient

Nice and quiet premises even though the cars were parked in front of cabins. Luckily there was not too much traffic. The cabins were great - reasonably sizeable and everything we needed was provided. The place was really close to Queanbeyan centre and its restaurants etc.

It would have been great to have the car park somewhere else than in the front of villas but that’s obviously impossible to arrange.

Excellent location, super easy check and beautiful place

The fact it was self-catering. Very useful when you have dietary restrictions and are a pensioner as it’s cost-saving to take your own food. The bathroom was absolutely tiny but surprisingly workable. The shower was excellent and the water beautifully hot. The actual living area of the studio was very, very good. Plenty of room. We also appreciated the fact that people weren’t constantly bothering you to clean the room when you were there for several days.

The steps to the studio villas are not very wide but quite deep. This makes it very awkward when you have physical limitations. Most of the villas seemed to have the same access.

The location is so noisy we didn't sleep a wink also I slipped over in the floor in the kitchen it is so slippery and where I parked my car does a big pool of water the back of my car which way to step into get access to the car because the car park is not well-organised step to the front doors inadequate apart from that the heater worked
