Love PCB. Our trip started great when when we got earlier access than expected. We have stayed at Majestic twice, This was our first time in Andrea's condo. She was was very responsive to questions. We will be back

The condo was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. Great views in the morning and evening sunset, the pools were all nice and clean as well, the kids had a blast, the host was very responsive and keep us up to date with the store coming in. Highly recommend

The property was just like the pictures. The fridge had a lot of things left behind by what we assumed were previous guests. Our only complaint would be the beds. The view is stunning and the resort is in a great location.

This 14th floor condo has the breathtaking view you would expect and includes the private beach and pools. Beach towels, chairs and floats are also provided, which is great. The condo itself is a bit worn and dated but was comfortable for the five of us.

I stayed in a VRBO on the beach last year and it was spectacular, and makes it kind of hard for me to rate this one fairly. I do say again it is a pretty nice VRBO with plenty of room on the beach with an amazing view. They have some decent amenties in the kitchen. The negatives the shower head in the master bedroom needs to be updated, having to worry if I left the shower door open after every shower when I was away from the room. Rules and regulation, on how and when to operate the air conditioner. Cleaning the kitchen and straightening everything the way we found it is is a very reasonable request, but I should not have to take care of the linen at checkout, when you are charging a cleaning fee. There also need to be more towels and wash cloths in the room. The parking garage is awful, tight spaces, no problem for my small car, but these huge trucks, parking on the lines or sometimes in my lane when I come back for my car. People speed through the garage, you really have to watch for them.

The only thing to add is, thankfully I read reviews before I came and saw that people said to bring a fan for the main room. VERY good advice!
The humidity is ridiculous so it’s sticky everywhere you go and I hate sleeping hot. We brought a fan and I slept like a baby!

Very clean and amazing views from the balcony.Everything was taken care of during our stay and the host was amazing and answered all our questions very promptly. Kids loved the closet full of beach toys 😊will stay here again for sure in the future

We enjoyed everything about the stay. Location was wonderful. I would definitely come back. Only thing is I would update the beds and couch. Very uncomfortable to sleep and sit down on. Ceiling fan needs to be in the master bedroom it gets to hot and muggy in there.

We’ve stayed in PCB 3 times now, and this has been my favorite property so far. Great location, the resort had really good amenities, and a beautiful view. The check in/ out process was easy, very little clean up to leave, and the communication was great.
The property itself had two very good sized bedrooms, and the master bath was HUGE. The water pressure is A+++ as well. They supplied a lot of cooking utensils, and some spices, paper plates, along with anything you could think of to take to the beach.
Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

Condo on the 14th floor of a very clean property located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Great layout with a bathroom attached to each of the two bedrooms.
All three TVs had crisp pictures and user friendly remotes.
Water pressure excellent throughout.
The kitchen had everything we needed for a nine day stay.
The parking is across the street in a structure which allows you to use the 3rd floor glass enclosed walk bridge. Very entertaining.
The view from the balcony allowed us to enjoy the constant ocean waves, sea gulls, pelicans, sandpipers and on a few days the crystal clear water exposed dolphins and stingrays
And the sunsets, most amazing.

This place was amazing! We came for my daughters 16th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The check in process was extremely straightforward. The room was a lot bigger than I had thought! Several times through my stay I messaged the owner with a very quick response. Side not facing the ocean there are tons of shops and restaurants. You can walk to anywhere you need. Would definitely return!!

Check-in was effortless, the property was clean, the views are AMAZING, the location is ideal, and the owner communicates very well.
