This was a great place to stay! It was clean and I really appreciated the parking/garage access. It was a nice place to return “home” to after exploring the area. Property owner was responsive as well.

Great location. Very clean property. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The decor was nice and the property had a ton of extra pillows and blankets. It was stocked well with emergency supplies like feminine products. The owner even thought to have a booster seat and potty seat available for our toddler! The property has been maintained well and was extremely clean. I never felt unsafe. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of people outside walking their dogs, with kids, etc. We did struggle after check out with technical difficulties in the process of paying for damages. VRBO’s customer service was impossible to work with but the owner worked diligently to refund us a charge that was mistakenly charged to our credit card. I would not recommend bringing your pet here. We were charged for damages to a bed frame and we still aren’t confident our dog caused the damage since it’s very out of character for her to chew on furniture. We did pay the charges for the damage since we couldn’t prove it wasn’t caused by us. Items that some may not prefer: 1. Lots of stairs which can be difficult for some to climb regularly. This home is not easily accessible for wheel chairs. 2. The Master bed was not comfortable. We had to add blankets to it to soften it up and it was still very very firm. 3. The thermostat (a smart one) kept resetting to eco settings and we had to continuously adjust it to stay comfortable. Good option for a small family.

We rented this townhouse so we could spend our first night having fun in Virginia Highlands. We walked to everything. Great pubs and restaurants there. We used Uber to go to a concert at Variety Playhouse the next night. Easy breezy! Townhouse was clean, has everything you need. Owner was great! Would definitely stay again.

This property was clean, well equipped,tastefully designed and in a great location. It had everything you need and all items were of high quality. Host was professional and very courteous. I am so glad stayed here with my college bound son.

We loved renting this space! Owner was very prompt in responding to messages. We asked some tourist questions and the owner was great! Great area! Close to food, shopping, and other adventures. It was great! Thank you!

We never had the chance to stay at the property as the owner thought it was necessary to state that she would have her husband come and check us into the property. In the statement she emphasized that he was a Police Chief and would be in full regalia. I am 56 and proud of the my family and friends who protect my community and others. Never have I had someone desire to use the police to as the owner stated “ insure there we were good people” your phrasing and intent was to intimidate/warn the occupants. We have a contract and an agreement of terms and breach of that contract has consequences. The owner does not state this until after you provide payment. Thus not allowing those who wish to patronize the property the opportunity to make an informed decision. I rent properties as a convenience when traveling and have never encountered such nonsense as with this property owner. As I stated to them. Being judged based on the behavior of others is untenable and not the experience anyone desires when spending their hard earned dollars. Before you rent this property you should have a through conversation with the owner to see if every patron is subject to this kind of scrutiny!

I’m from Atlanta and was returning for a family trip. Elizabeth’s place was great and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The space great and we felt right at home. Will definitely return when back in town.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfectly convenient and safe. This was a great pick for our girls weekend. Communication with the host was very easy and she responded in a timely manor. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The location was great but the beds were not comfortable and they need some better non-stick pans. We requested a better pan since they said they live next door, but they said they didn't have any.

Elizabeth is a very responsive host. Her property in immaculately clean and comfortable. The property is situated well within Virginia Highlands section of Atlanta. It was a simple commute from this property to our daughter's home. We would definitely recommend to others.

It was a wonderful place to stay - Great location and great neighborhood. It has plenty of room, everything that you need, and a garage. The owner was so easy to work with, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, and will probably stay there again in the future.

The property is located in an area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Very clean and a nice front desk that allows for a lot of people watching.

Quiet safe residential area. Lots of stairs as it's a multi level home but that was ok for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Virginia Highland. We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. The townhome is surrounded by the natural beauty of trees. The unit was very clean and spacious.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Dirty walls in the bathroom, broken mini blinds in the bedroom and a random dirty sock left in closet. Great location and great response time from owners.

This was a trip with 3 childhood friends in their 50s! I found this place on VRBO and the reviews were great on setting expectations that this place was perfect. It is located in a nice neighborhood, surrounded by equally nice homes. The grocery store and Ponce City Market are in walking distance. The grocery store, Publix, was less than a block’s walk. Quiet and safe location. There was a garage and no need to park on the street. Every bedroom had a balcony and nice views of neighbors yards. The balcony off the den faced the street which had a nice view. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

The property location is a great fit for walking to the Virginia Highlands. The property was overall clean, however it was not well maintained overall. There are multile different types of blinds in all of the rooms and a lot of the blinds are broken/missing blind pieces. There are 5 different types of blinds on one wall in the livingroom. The exterior is not well maintained at all. The gutters are overflowing with leaves and the front porch area desperatly needs to be repainted. There are holes in the wall where the front door open into the wall. Lots of areas that need paint touchup, mostly in the living room where the metal chairs hit the wall. Overll, it is a great property, but could use some fixing.

My husband and adult daughter and I recently stayed in this Virginia Highlands apartment. This is my favorite neighborhood in Atlanta, with lots of walking opportunities to nearby restaurants. The apartment was accurately pictured, and had everything we needed, including a tea kettle. The weather was great and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch above the street, although the porch furniture could use some 'updating'. Also a few extra blankets would also be appreciated. We enjoyed having a garage. Overall we loved this apartment and will stay here again on another Atlanta visit.

We stayed in this home for 3 nights. Our cat and two kids under 3 years old were very comfortable, and we all slept well. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub and outdoor dining on the balcony. We appreciated the baby gear (booster seat and pack ‘n play) and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The only suggested improvement would be to have a baby gate because we had trouble keeping the kids corralled on one floor. Overall we felt very at home and loved our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay and this lovely townhouse. It is in a great location near a bunch of places to eat and close to Ponce City Market. The townhouse was very clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. One thing I would suggest is a proper desk and chair for working, since these days lots of people are working from their laptops. It's a great townhouse and we would definitely come again when we need to be in ATL.

Walking distance to the best of everything in this part of Atlanta. Great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It's located in a cute neighborhood and has several restaurants within walking distance. The townhouse seemed even bigger and brighter than the pictures depict. We really enjoyed the balconies. We found it especially enjoyable just sitting on the balcony people watching. There is a lot of activity on the street during the day but it's quiet inside. We actually enjoyed the activity as we have been safely staying at home for months to avoid covid 19. We also greatly appreciated that this place has a secure garage so we didn't have to look for parking or park on the street. The owner was super friendly and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The jacuzzi tub was a definite plus but know ahead of time that it does take quite awhile to fill due to it's large size--well worth the wait though. My only criticism is we did not find the beds or patio furniture comfortable. Additionally, the couch in the living room is very nice but too small for a family of four to sit together. Overall, however, we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse has plenty of room for a family of 4. It is a great location. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants. We grilled one day and went to the zoo, which was not very far, about 2 miles.
